Recently, I was on the hunt for some specific ultra craft slide hangers parts. I called Maria. She hunted and found some for me. Fantastic customer service even though they don’t carry them anymore she went the extra mile to help me out. Definitely highly recommended.
FANTASTIC!!!
Brendan and his crew are knowledgeable and super helpful.
From the beginning of the project to the end (And even a month after) Brendan himself took the time to collect and do the best he could to fight the insurance company with me. To show that much effort and care just shows how they welcome you as a family. Especially while I was deployed overseas and dealing with this issue from a distance. I highly recommend this company to several friends and anyone reading this.
Brendan and his team were wonderful to work with! We did a new kitchen - cabinets and countertops - and flooring throughout our new house, and it turned out beautifully. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. The quality and price could not be beat. Thank you!
We are very happy with our entire experience with CCC starting with our initial meeting with Brenden and Maria, the confirmation measurements you conducted at our home and the thorough and accurate updates you provided on delivery status and installation.
The installation team including Jason, Max and Nick were excellent tradesmen. They were very professional with excellent attention to detail and customer pleasing.
We will work with you as our first stop for any future projects and recommend you to others.
Brendan and his crew are absolute professionals. They are prompt, thorough, with total attention to detail. Each member of the team is friendly, professional, and committed to delivering to the customer exactly what they expect or request. Communication among team members is very good and no small, request was overlooked. Brendan appeared at the job site with regularity and was readily available by phone for questions. Additionally, any tradesman that Brendan suggested, was equally as efficient, attentive, and thorough. Each day the job site was cleaned up and the entire installation experience was a good one. Special mention to George, the "foreman" on-site, who seemed to set a cheerful tone for each work day and never failed on details. I am very pleased with the cabinets and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
We chose Charleston Cabinetry & Countertops for new cabinets, countertops, and flooring and are very pleased with the results. Brendan and his team provided quality design and products at a good price and we appreciated their communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail along the way. Highly recommended!
Great staff. The owner was hands on. Kitchen installation worked out well. Kitchen much more beautiful than expected. Recommend this business.
The cabinets look great and the installation was seamless! Brendan was professional and helpful and walked us through the whole process from design to install. I highly recommend them for your project!
Great experience from start to finish.
I had a total kitchen remodel and redesign. The only problem I had was with delivery. As with everything else because of Covid, there was a delay of installation. Brendan was great to work with. Always returned my calls and resolved any problems quickly.
Brendan and Maria are second to none in the cabinet business. They spent many hours with us (even impromptu Saturday mornings [thanks again btw]) going over samples, designing the kitchen, dreaming ideas, connecting us with other professionals for other kitchen/home projects. They use extremely talented craftsman who've been doing this for decades. If you value your home, look no further.
Over the past few years, Charleston Cabinetry and Countertops has replaced the cabinetry in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Their products and service were outstanding. They were consistently responsive, on time, and professional - even when a drawer needed repairing after two years of abuse! We love our high-quality, beautiful cabinets!
Loved working with them, everyone was so nice and helpful. From the staff to the quality, I recommended them to all my friends.
We bought a house and have a lot of empty spots where we want to add cabinets but have to do it one area at a time because we would rather pay more and get great quality. These are pictures of our new cabinets and we LOVED THEM! We can’t wait to get more cabinets done by Charleston Cabinetry & Countertops!!
Great customer service and great quality and selection. Extremely professional and timely.
As an owner of a kitchen and bath business in another area, I have called upon CCC to assist with some of my customers that have homes in the Charleston and Mt. Pleasant markets. They have also have asked us to help their customers as well. The team at CCC care about their customers, the products they sell, and the installations of their products. That is why I have great confidence in sending my customers to CCC.
We were so impressed with Brenden and his design team and then the installers came and knocked it out of the ballpark. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend Charleston Cabinetry & Countertops.
Brendan has a world of experience and talented staff of designers to help you make the most informed decisions regarding your new kitchen. Very customer focused and a tailored designed install unique to each customer!
