  I love this med spa! I've had Botox on two occasions, teeth whitening, laser hair removal and versa lip fillers. Dr. Molinares is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They offer monthly specials on different services. This med spa is top notch and affordable. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

  I had such a hard time moving to tampa in general. finding a new med spa was an absolute nightmare of mine. I hate needles, i hate when fillers hurt, I even think botox hurts when most people don’t think it does. i’m a baby! But i gave Doctor Molinares a try and i’m stuck!! (More like she is stuck with me.) she has such a light hand and has made me feel more comfortable than my past med spa. Her work is beyond exceptional and she tells you the honest truth. Her team is also great, especially Debanie. I love you guys!

  I have been having facials with Debanie Golden for 3 years. I was so happy when she joined Alera med spa! I had an amazing hydro luxe oxygen Infusion facial yesterday. Debanie is so gifted and always makes me feel fabulous. She is extremely knowledgeable and she offers many wonderful services. I also met with Dr. Molinares as well. She is wonderful. She takes her time and explains the many great procedures that they offer. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable during my treatment. The specials and packages that they offer are a great deal. I'm so happy that my esthetician is working here with such a wonderful caring staff who love what they do.

  Good place. I had a hydro facial a few months or longer, when i was done the girl told me i needed to put spf on my face to go and get some right away. They never offered to have them put spf on face. Thought was dis tasteful and i always feel i am up sales on everything.

  I received lip fillers at this location. The staff is super sweet. Dr. Molinares is amazing. This was my second time getting fillers. The first time I sent somewhere else.
  
  Dr. Molinares explained everything very thoroughly. She opened up all the packages in front of me. I felt absolutely no pain whatsoever. I did not bruise at all which was so surprising cause the first time I got fillers my upper lip was really bruised.
  
  I highly recommended this location for your beauty treatments.
