Coach Shay the best coach. She really helped me out with my health and body. She has a variety of different classes including bodycamp, zumba, personal training, strength training, and more! Her classes are very fun. If you are looking for a coach to train you and help you lose weight, and other fitness goals, then coach Shay is the one to go to. No planet fitness, no La Fitness, no Export fitness or any other gym, forget them, instead you better take youself to coach Shay cause you will get some good results i kid you not. When she trained me i had a fat belly. The more healthy foods that she has been getting me to eat, and to exercise. The more my fat belly got defined and i started to lose belly fat. NO REGRETS on buying the membership for her classes. And her training studio is BOMB.
