  Turn my challenges into lessons

  I was torn between jobs not knowing what to do. I was feeling like I was just spinning in circles. I was going to various people seeking answers until someone told me to try Dr. V The “Y” Strategist.   Empowering and uplifting

  Before I reached out for coaching with Dr. V I was experiencing challenges personally and professionally. As an African American female U.S. Army Cadet, I needed someone to coach me through these challenges and give me some tools and techniques I could apply during my challenges because I have a purpose and I want to continue to walk in it. During my sessions with Dr. V, I came ready to learn and be coached. Each meeting was empowering and uplifting, and I walked away each time with a technique to use. I noticed my challenges turned into lessons and I was able to learn from them. Dr. V shared many victories with me. She was there when I was promoted to 1st Lieutenant and then when I served as the lead escort during the wreath-laying ceremony that was part of the January 20, 2021 inauguration ceremonies for President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.   Walking into my life’s purpose

  Before taking part in my coaching sessions with, Dr. V, I often felt feelings of anxiety and stress. These feelings really became an issue as I struggled to discover what my purpose was in life. Therefore, I decided to try a life coach, which in turn, led me to Dr. V. During my coaching sessions with Dr. V, she assisted me with exploring different tools and techniques that would be beneficial to me in terms of helping to discover my purpose in life. In addition, we also used these tools and techniques to help manage these feelings as they related to life in general. Now that my coaching sessions have concluded, I can now confidently say that I am taking the right steps to ensure that I am meaningfully, walking into my life’s purpose!
