  My friends and I had a great time at Virtualis. We chose the Zombie themed game. It was a lot of fun, even though I got scared and tapped out. The game host, Jordan was very friendly and helpful. He made sure we understood every part of the process, and helped me when I got too scared.

  Area 15 was simply hands down amazing, all around. Virtualize VR was icing on the cake! Easy check in with a very sweet & enthusiastic employee to welcome us. I suggest making a reservation, especially during peak season.

  It was my first time, so I did not know what to expect. We chose the Lost City theme. Some of the equipment was not working. The experience felt rushed. We were all kept in a tight group. No options to explore. Would not recommend.

  Hands down the most spectacular experience I've had in quite some time! I've played games my entire life and the kid in me dreamed of being IN those games. I finally got to do that and I almost can't think of anything else! Our host was also very cool, very kind, and his instructions were easy to follow. It also helped that he's a Marine and quite the comic 😂
  
  I don't live in Vegas, but I really want to go back again and again and again. The graphics were better than I expected. The guns were weighty and perfect for apocalypse world saving. I wish the game was a liiiitle longer but honestly it was worth every penny.

  Fantastic experience! At first I wasn't sure whether or not if I was going to be able to play, but they paired me up with other people and got an amazing experience alongside them. The people who work there are really nice and engaging. Geo was very patient with us when we didn't understand how lockers work. The VR experience is a little drift when you move your head around, but you stop noticing it after a few minutes. Overall it was an amazing time, a lot of fun and I will do it again.

  They're an awesome company. Really cut and dry. We've made it a bit of a Christmas Eve Day tradition to go kill zombies together as a group and nothing can bring a family closer than the fun competition of racking up zombie kills. The workers are always friendly and helpful, plus they do an excellent job of dealing with bug and/or glitches when they do occur rarely. (Please people this is VR, not MineSweeper, exercise some patience if the gun is bugged or your character model is glitched). It's fun, it provides excitement, and it has great customer service, all aspects of a successful business.

  We were there last night, Dec. 28, 2023 around 8pm and we booked The Lost City. The game itself was pretty good but felt short. The website says its 20-30 mins and it felt like it was less than 20 mins. The game consisted of getting in an elevator, going to the top of a building, watching a cool explosion and then getting back in the elevator down to the subway station all while shooting at hordes of zombies. The haptics on the gun is cool. Some people in our group with smaller heads had a hard time getting the headset to not be blurry and one persons hand sensor was dead before we even started. We were told that by the end of the day the sensors start running out of batteries and "that's just how it is". They didn't offer to switch to a different suit that was fully powered up. In the final shoot out during the game, my headset started freaking out and everything was glitching to the point that I couldn't see or shoot as everything was shaking/jumping around and flickering on/off. I was later told that my backpack battery was dying. Also, by the end, at least one additional person in our party had a dead hand sensor. Overall I feel like for the price you pay, you shouldn't have to worry about the equipment dying during your game because it hasn't been properly charged up. However, I might try this place again though since there is potential.

  First, our guide, Douglas, was great! He did a wonderful job explaining the equipment, getting us set up, and provided the right amount of help along the way. The experience was unique and worth a try. The game itself was only 20 minutes long. I guess I assumed it would be similar to an escape room (45 min - 1 hour). So, for the money, I was disappointed. I think it should be at least 30 minutes. Also, hearing the other players in other rooms took away from our own experience. If there was a way to separate the games enough to not hear other players, it would be helpful.
