Spouse and I signed up for the Diamond Skull experience and got paired with a mom and child who was perhaps a bit too young for the experience, lots of screaming into the mic, waving around the prop and being told not too, walking through walls and being told not to, spouse said they overheard one employee telling another as we left that this is why they're not supposed to book young kids. Then we got sent a photo of them instead of our photo afterwards which was a bit disappointing. Three stars because the groups who were playing the zombie one seemed to be having fun at least 😅

Such fun and unique experience! It was my first time doing something like this. The staff was very patient and kind. Everyone was so friendly! Max (our guide) went above board to make us comfortable and help us get the most out of the experience! Had a fantastic time and I’ll be back!

First VR experience was great! Very friendly and informative staff. Tried out both the zombie and the Tikal experience, definitely recommend if you’re in town with some family or friends.
