  Battery barely worked til halfway through, took a full 15 shots to kill a zombie when a 2 round burst should have been enough. They fixed it halfway through but by that time I was already annoyed about not being able to play.
  
  How hard would it be to charge batteries between sessions or check charge ahead of time.. complete waste of $60.

  We had an amazing time. Our 13yo wanted to do this as his gift for his birthday. So my husband, my son and I were able to do the patient zero experience. Our host was very personable, thorough, helpful and engaging. It was such a cool experience and were complemented on being such a team oriented group. We will definitely be back for one of the other experiences. Highly recommend.

  Virtualis the experience: SO cool and fun. It’s an open world virtual reality where you can walk around, ride elevators, hop over gaps in the floor (or atleast you feel like you are 😂) and just experience fully immersive VR. We did the Patient One zombie quest with 3 of our friends and loved it!
  
  Virtualis the staff: We cannot thank this staff enough for how accommodating and kind they were. One of the members in our group got food poising literally hours before our event. I called the venue and they happily rescheduled us for the next day. When we arrived, our group member still wasn’t well and had to miss the event. The manager offered a full refund, without hassle. SUCH GREAT SERVICE!

  Amazing experience! The VR was like nothing we've ever experienced. If you're looking for a family activity your 17 year old will never forget, this is it. Get there early or make a reservation. They book up fast!
  A special thank you to the manager. After Area15 employees gave us misinformation about Virtualis which left us without a reservation for the day, the manager of Virtualis went above and beyond to make it right, even though the issue wasn't their doing. You made our trip. Thank you
