  Our host Z was so nice & informative throughout the whole experience. We were even the last ones to get there & she accommodated us just fine. Our mission was to find the Diamond Skull & it was so fun to explore. We are local so we definitely will be back soon to check out the other cool VR missions! Thank you again Z, & everybody at Virtualis for making my gf & I’s first VR experience a great one!

  This was such a cool and fun experience! The staff was so nice and soooo helpful with explaining what we should do and how to handle the gear. We did the zombie VR for 30 minutes! It felt so real and like nothing we’ve done before! 10/10! Highly recommend!

  The crew was great and Sierra did an exceptional job at explaining the experience, she was very knowledgeable and was even training the new guy. The Lost City experience was a good one for us new to the VR world. The only down side was that the rooms could use more A/C, it gets rather warm during and we were pretty sweaty at the end. Other than that it was a fun experience, if you can afford it.

  The experience was pretty good (Lost City) but we were rushed few times as the person on the comms said that our batteries could run out. Our game lasted less than 20 minutes which for $55 was not a good value.

  This is probably the most fun I ever had in a full body VR game!
  
  The staff was so incredibly kind, accommodating, informative and helpful! They went over all the rules with us and helped us with our gear. They work really hard to make sure you have a great time!
  
  The game gives you scents, heat, wind, smells and sounds! You get to walk around, and hold objects. It was only like a 20 minute game but man, it was a wild ride!
  
  I paid $116 for two people so it is quite expensive but you will enjoy it.

  Our party of 7 had a great time in Tikal. Several of us hadn't done vr before. It was an awesome first time experience that we all got to enjoy together. Highly recommend adding it to your travel plans. For all ages young and old no matter the occasion.

  When we got there I noticed that these people were genuine and nice. As me and my girlfriend started asking for prices and how the whole thing worked, we were informed greatly and quickly put a reservation for the gameplay. The virtual reality world was amazing. I was caught of guard by that world and the real world. They made it seem so real when we were playing the zombie game. The elevator thing was cool and go into a truck to get to our destination was also cool. In conclusion they instructions were clear and the staff helped us out as much as they could. Very good service. This place has made me anxious to try other virtual reality worlds and games.
