The experience was interesting and fun with great graphics. When the headset failed for one of our party we were told that we would all have to start the adventure over again. When we didn’t have time to restart the experience, they said they could process a refund. But that was not done. Instead the on site manager said we’d get a call from her boss to discuss it, but he never reached out. It really sad how the VR shop marred our experience of Area 15.

Great experience, hands down the best VR experience I've ever done. Kinda feels like your inside an old arcade shooter, but tons of fun. We did the co-op zombie shooter - 5 different weapons to cycle, headsets to talks with your friends, and rocking tunes pulled straight from your favorite action move. Would go again!

It was the most immersive experience I've ever had! Me and my boyfriend loved it and we did well fighting the Zombies in Patient Zero. We will be ready for the sequel game, Lost City, next time!

For the price per ticket I do feel like this was an amazing experience the staff were very helpful in explaining the rules and regulations of the VR system and my kids most definitely loved it it is a great experience for families and individuals we will most definitely be back the owners have created a very family-friendly atmosphere and they should most definitely be expecting my whole family's business for years to come

We had a wonderful time and the staff was very helpful, well trained, and present throughout our experience. I would definitely do it again and try another game. It was extremely entertaining and very fun. My teens loved it as much as the adults. Thank you for a very fun day!!
