It took me alot of research (3 years) before I finally found the amazing Tessa. On a daily basis I receive compliments from multiple people about my eyebrows. If it helps, I am black and have very dark skin, especially in the summer! The color she chose looks very natural on my skin tone. The procedure itself can be uncomfortable for someone with low pain tolerance but the numbing ointment helps. She checks in with you multiple times during the procedure and asks you for your opinion. Tessa is always open to satify your requests and pays attention to details you may not notice yourself. She is not drawn by money. You can feel it that she is passionate about what she does. I went back after 1 year for a touch up. Last year I did the nano and ombré combination. This year for the touch up I did ombré only for a sharper look. Since I've had my eyebrows done I have never filled them in with a pencil or any other tool. I only use a clear brow gel to brush the hair which is a personal preference not a must. Listen to her advice and you won't regret your eyebrows ;) Thank you Tessa for the wonderful experience
I got combination brows done by Tessa and could not be happier with the results . I always prefer the natural look for myself and worry about modifying anything but getting my brows done at Pure Beauty was a great decision and Tessa did an amazing job of shaping my brows in a way that was suitable for my face shape and keeping them very natural . Overall an amazing experience and I highly recommend .

I got my eyebrows microbladed 4 weeks ago and I am so happy with the work that Tessa did! She is very precise, detail oriented, and so talented. She and her team at Pure Beauty were wonderful with answering my questions and providing me with the aftercare information. The microblading session went smoothly and near painlessly. I was nervous at first but Tessa really helped me feel at ease. I am so pleased with the end result. I love the natural brow shape she gave me. My new brows didn't have to "grow on me"; they were perfect from the start. It is amazing to wake up with beautiful perfect brows every morning! Thank you, Tessa!

I had my eyebrows microbladed by Tessa in December, 2018. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and my only regret was not doing it sooner. I just went in for my 4-8 week touch up, and will continue getting them touched up by Tessa as needed.
I had hardly any natural eyebrows my entire adult life (thank you growing up in the early 2000s). My day to day wasn’t just penciling to add some depth, I had to completely create and fill in a shape with the ABH dip brow. It was always my least favourite part of doing my makeup, but felt naked without my brows.
When I first went in, I was numbed, and then Tessa drew out the shape for me to review – which was more flattering than what I had been doing for the past 6 years – and then we started. The process only took about 20 minutes. When she told me I could have a look, I was shocked at how natural they looked!
A couple weeks later I went to visit my family and told them I had the procedure done, and the couldn’t believe how good they looked. My brother even grabbed my head an inspected them VERY closely and commented how natural they looked (and also laughed at how little brow hair I actually had, lol).
Now that I have brows, I finally don't feel naked going bare faced. I finally feel put together. I finally enjoy looking at myself in the mirror when I have no makeup on. This has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and if you’re on the fence, I would 100% recommend Tessa.
