Request a couponLydia was phenomenal with selling our condo. We truly appreciated her patience and insight with regards to selling our property. We look forward to working with her in our future real estate needs.
Good morning, Lydia. I hope all is going well with you. I, too, enjoyed working with you. You were very entuned to what I was looking for in a new home. You were also very patient with me and I very much appreciated your suggestions and ideas regarding the houses we toured.
I reached out to Lydia for help selling my home in 2025. It was my first time selling a house, and I had a lot of attachment to it. Lydia helped walk me through the process, ensuring that details were handled promptly and thoroughly. She accommodated our needs given that we were living in the house while it was on the market. She conducted research and provided a lot of helpful guidance regarding the market trends that helped us determine pricing and other details. The open house that she organized with other realtors ended up introducing the house to its eventual buyer, and the whole process took less time than I expected. Thanks Lydia!
I first decided to buy a home in 2020 and felt unsure about the process at the time. Lydia provided me with so much helpful information that it made the decision easier, which is why I chose her as my realtor. What I appreciated most was her dedication to helping me find the right home.
After purchasing my first home in 2020, I worked with Lydia again in 2023 when my husband and I bought our second home. Although I was more familiar with the process the second time, having Lydia as our guide was still an irreplaceable part of the experience.
I worked with Lydia to purchase my townhome, and it was a pleasure working with her! She’s extremely knowledgeable about all components of the real estate market, including financing, property value, inspections, appraisals, trends, and insurance. She takes time to get to know you and your circumstances, and she provides sound advice about the best path forward. Most of all, she’s kind, patient, and persistent. She provides resources to prepare you for your move, and she continues to check in after all of the paperwork is signed and you’re all moved in. She knows when to apply pressure, and she’s not afraid to ask tough questions about HOAs, including their stability and financial position. I highly recommend Lydia for all of your real estate needs. You’ll not only have a wonderful purchasing experience, you’ll also gain a wonderful person in your life.
Working with Lydia was an absolute pleasure! From the very beginning, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to helping me find the perfect home.

Lydia went above and beyond to get my house sold!
Very knowledgeable and straightforward. I highly recommend her to help guide you through the process.
Lydia and her team are caring, professional, and extremely knowledgable. While buying my first home, Lydia alleviated all my concerns and supported me each step of the way. While I've heard numerous horror stories about how stressful this process can be, I can thankfully not relate. Lydia was intentional about tailoring her approach to my specific needs, and ensured I had all of the information I needed each step of the way. If I could give this a higher rating than a five then I would!
Lydia did an amazing job as my realtor! She made the home buying experience as painless as possible by going above and beyond during negotiations and closing.
