Mandi and her team did an awesome job! The office staff is extremely professional and the timeline from receiving my estimate to getting on the schedule & having the work completed was quick. I'm most impressed with the crew & their ability to complete everything in one day. Every other company said it would be a multi-day job. I highly recommend this business!

Mandi and her crew are true professionals. They price and quote jobs quickly, are on time, work extremely hard, care for the property and do a fantastic job. I found that the entire team was very pleasant and communicated extremely effectively throughout the duration of our large job. They operate safely and go out of their way to leave the job site better than they found it. HIGHLY recommend!

Originally had difficulty getting in touch with them, but because of their rating and word of mouth reviews. We persisted until we got an appointment setup.), because we wanted the best at the fairest price.
I spoke with Mandi herself and could tell she is very fair and easy to work with. She is well established in the area and is a 2nd generation professional.
I value her work ethic. You can't go wrong by using Mandi's!

Excellent company to work with. Responsive appointment and follow up by the owner. Crew did an excellent job removing a tree, along with pruning several trees on the property. Quality work, good pricing.

This is the 2nd time Mandi's Tree Care removed a tree for me. They are professionals and very careful throughout the removal process. I have watched when they had to climb and take down very large trees near my house, it's amazing! This time they were able to get the tree using a bucket truck. They know what they are doing and I would highly recommend.

-Showing up for the job early (7AM)

-Reviewed the job with me before the work started

-Darren and others I spoke with were professional, easy to talk with, and completely accommodating to my requests.

-Very organized, safe, and cleaned up before they left.

-This was a big improvement to our house and property.

Thanks for the quality tree work!

Workers showed up 30+ minutes late day of service and came back unannounced the next day for cleanup work. Our understanding was the initial verbal quote was one price to clean up a fallen tree in a driveway and another tree on the property. The day of the work that changed to be just cleaning up the tree in the drive and coming back to clean it up at a later date. We asked about the other tree and were told it would be a separate quote, so we asked for clarification on what the owner had told us initially, leaving a voicemail with the office. The office responded via email 2 days later that the original quote was just to cut up the fallen tree, and them even coming back to clean it up was done "free of charge" - and that the work they had already performed should have cost double the amount we were charged because it was an emergency that was worked into the schedule. Responding to a customer asking for clarification with "we should have charged you more" is very unprofessional.

None of this was explained - we were not invoiced or given anything in writing before any of this work was done. The work itself was great and the workers that came were professional and friendly, but the experience itself was ruined by a complete breakdown in communication that resulted in wildly different expectations of what the job should have been versus what was actually done.

Very good communication back and forth getting an estimate and ultimately scheduling the job. Very competitive, more affordable than some other services in the area. Crew was highly professional, efficient and left the yard clean with everything put back together (had to take out some fence and a gate door temporarily for access to the tree). Highly recommended!

Mandi is the best. We had a huge tree fall on our house. I called her at 7:15 AM and left a message and she called back in 5 minutes! She had a team on site by 9 AM and they did a wonderful job. She’s a real pro, incredibly responsive and a joy to work with, despite the stressful circumstances.
