I came to Dr. Holly at Zen & Go about 11 months ago when I was 9 months pregnant. I was almost due and in active labor. After being super active my entire pregnancy I was suddenly immobile and couldn't find any relief, until I found Holly! She did acupuncture on me and I was finally able to relax. I came into a calm and welcoming office. Slowly during my treatment with Dr Holly the symptoms started to melt away. In 45 minutes I became a different person.
The symptoms were about 98% resolved and I had more energy than I’d experienced in years. There is nothing like relief from that terrible cold. The next day, I was almost cured but it took about 2 days to get rid of it completely. I wished I knew about this treatment years ago and have been saved from suffering all this time

I was very surprised but quite pleased with the healing of my lower back with just 3 times acupuncture. I have sciatica and thought I would give it a try . Doc Holly made me feel so comfortable and explained everything she was doing . The office is very relaxing ,clean and professional .I just laid there while she performed her magic . I had some relief after the first time and my back felt a bit stronger each session . Zen & Go is Now my” go to” before taking meds . She can treat anything..

The acupuncture treatments I have received have been more than I hoped for. They have greatly reduced my reliance on pain medications and most importantly, alcohol. I am also having much better nights of sleep. Thank you for helping me break free.

Zen & Go healed me from a recurring hip pain in just a few visits. This was done without pain medications and their side effects. The atmosphere in the office is very "zen". You walk in stressed out and walk out feeling calm and lighter. Check it out.
I am all about medication and not acupuncture however when I came down with vertigo for the third time in one year Holly insisted that she would come and help me. I told her I am not a believer but after not being able to move I told her I would try it. Holly spent 45 minutes with me with very gentle caring hands and by the time the evening came I no longer felt like I was on a continuous merry go round. Holly is amazing and is really magnificent at what she does. She also cares so much you are not just a patient you are a friend as well.
Holly is amazing ! When I was suffering from inflammation, she managed to get me back to my baseline in only two sessions ! Highly recommend her.
Zen & Go Acupuncture and Healing Center has a wonderful calming energy. You feel the zen. They capture all the elements and senses, and I feel great just going there.
I have been receiving acupuncture treatment this year for pelvic floor dysfunction, depression, chronic prostatitis, urinary incontinence and bladder inflammation. A few months after I was cured. My symptoms were bad in the past and they're gone now. I keep up with acupuncture treatments a few times a year to keep symptoms away. E-Stim (Electrical Stimulation) connecting needles to an electric current an is extremely effective treatment. On one occasion I had kidney stones, and instead of going to the E.R (Emergency Room) I received an E-Stim treatment. Immediately after the treatment, I started passing stones and most of the pain went away. The next day after passing the last stones the pain was gone. I can't believe that I almost went to the E.R and now after an acupuncture treatment I was cured!
