Had a wonderful experience with our move-in clean - Sherry was very thorough, making sure to address all of my concerns and even alerting me to potential issues she saw in the apartment that I should bring up with the super. She didn't rush but was still efficient and was happy to work with me with regard to how I wanted particular items or areas addressed. very pleased with my experience.

I was looking for a trust worthy cleaning service and had searched several online. real pros ny was the only one that made booking and confirmation seamless 1 day prior.

I feel like I live in a new apartment after a 2-hour home cleaning by Real Pros ny. It was professional, thorough, and spotless once they were finished. They came within the exact time I specified and we’re efficient, not to mention friendly! I will undoubtedly be hiring them again.

So glad we found Realprosny . We hired them to assist with a thorough clean of our warehouse space. I was nervous that it would be too big of a job but Michael came through ahead of time to assess the space and gave us a detailed estimate. From there I was very confident in their ability to provide the service we needed for our space (so much dust)

I had never hired a house cleaner before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. My expectations were exceeded! Karina did a very thorough job, and my condo was spotless. He did some nice touches such as refolding my dish towels and bathroom towels so they looked neat. I thought the finished product was worth the price I paid. I would recommend this service to anyone!

I always appreciate the work done by my cleaning team. It is very nice to have a same-team approach in order to clean our home. I look forward to their visits and the house always smells and feels fresh after they finish! The ladies are polite, friendly, and hard-working - keep up the good work!!!
