I thoroughly enjoyed the mentoring sessions I attended with Vanessa, she has great attention to detail and patiently explained things I did not understand. I enjoy touching base with her when my schedule allows . Thanks Vanessa, keep up the good work.
I recently had the opportunity to attend Vanessa`s mentoring, and hre experience was nothing short of exceptional. These sessions were highly informative and well-structured, offering a clear and practical overview of the property development lifecycle — from site acquisition and feasibility studies to funding strategies and council approvals. What stood out most was the mentor's ability to break down complex concepts into manageable steps, making the content accessible even to those new to the industry.
Overall, it was a valuable investment of time, equipping me with not just knowledge, but also confidence to take the next steps in my property development journey. I would highly recommend this session to anyone serious about entering or progressing in the property development space.

Investing with Vanessa has been an absolute pleasure. She complied with everything we agreed upon, provided detailed and informative insights about the investment, and explained why it was a safe choice. I highly recommend Property Connection!!! Vanessa and Scot, are very proper people, honest , straightforward and easy to deal with and their financial services are the best investment I have made in Australia . The investment I made with them yielded 12% a year and helped me with my dream of buying a home and will help you too if you wish to save money for a deposit or buy properties direct from them . Can not recommend them enough .
I had the pleasure over the last year or so of working with Vanessa Kestelboim, who recently repaid a loan in full. From the outset, Vanessa impressed me with her proactive approach—she had provided all the information required to make an informed decision and she understood my lending criteria before making the request. I had known Vanessa for a time and found her always kind and caring in her dealings with others whilst also being an astute businesswoman. I found her to be a trustworthy, value-driven woman. Throughout the loan period, she maintained excellent communication, keeping me informed about her progress and any updates. Her reliability and commitment to fulfilling her financial obligations were exemplary. I am confident in recommending Vanessa as a trustworthy and responsible borrower. She has proven to be both diligent and respectful in managing her loan responsibilities.

The coaching sessions helped me to manoeuvre my way through this property journey. I was not only learning something new but was motivated to keep going. Her energy is contagious and builds a rapport instantly. Every session was structured & organised to suit my needs.
Looking forward to kicking my goals from this experience.
Vanessa was great to work with.
She ensured we were regularly updated on the progress of the project we'd invested in.
The project did take a little longer than what she'd anticipated, but we never doubted Vanessa's ability to achieve a great outcome, & our trust wasn't misplaced.
Our interest payments were made on time or early, & she always confirmed her calculations with us prior to making payment.
We'd be happy to re-invest with Vanessa & Connections Property Projects in the future.
Vanessa (Connections Property Projects) & her working partner Scott (Sierra & Fox) make a great team.
We have been looking for an investment property for a while, jumping from the idea of a renovation to a subdivision and a build.
In conversation with Vanessa we analyzed the objective, our resources and where we can get help.
Vanessa is clear and generously shares her experience, she has excellent understanding of tools, processes and resources available for each case.
Our conversation has been quite enriching, helping us be ready for an actual property deal.
Hoping to continue working with Vanessa as projects follow.
