  I had no clue how the admissions process worked before working with Mrs. Wendy. Mrs. Wendy showed me how to do everything and cleared up any confusion I had, making the admissions process so easy. Mrs. Wendy heavily increased my chances of admission by helping me do things like pick essay topics and revise essays to optimize my chances at admission. My favorite part about working with Mrs. Wendy was how nice of a person she was along with how much she helped me with the admissions process. You should 100% work with Mrs. Wendy because she makes the process 100x easier by mapping out everything step by step to help you be fully prepared to submit your applications.

  One of my favorite parts about working with Wendy is her enthusiasm and understanding of what you truly want, and who you actually are. I don’t think I could have completed a more accurate application about myself without her. After the application process, I realized that I am worthy of success and happiness no matter where I go, as long as I stay true to myself and my needs! I would tell the student that of course, no matter who you work with, you might up end where you WANT to be, but Wendy might help you decide where you NEED to be. Just because you really like Harvard, doesn’t mean that it is the perfect school for you.

  I was super confused about where to start and just the process in general. There are so many little parts that are easy to forget and that I was not aware of. Wendy was super helpful in guiding me through every step of the process. She worked with me to make sure everything was completed and of the highest quality. She was very flexible with due dates but made sure everything was submitted on time. Wendy made sure all of my essays and responses were well written and edited. All of this helped improve my chances of admission. I enjoyed how she cared about me as a person, and what I liked to do, and gave me genuine advice for my college applications. She was always responsive and would help me with whatever I needed. I am super thankful for my time working with her because now I get to go to my dream college!! I would say 100% work with Wendy. Wendy is caring and truly wants every one of us to succeed. She will make sure you have the best application!

  I was super intimidated by the whole process and didn’t know where to start. I was most nervous about writing a good personal statement that accurately represents me. I liked how Wendy broke the essay writing process down into small steps. Having the email summaries after our meetings was also very helpful. Wendy helped refine my essay and helped me choose a topic that made me look appealing to colleges while being authentic to myself. Wendy also helped me in creating my Common Application account and submitting my applications. Pacing is very important when doing college applications and Wendy helped a ton by setting time stamps on certain things.

  Wendy brought wonderful insight and advice throughout the process. It is very nice to have a voice of wisdom guiding you through the list of college requirements for applications. Helping with the essay and making sure the different deadlines were met for each school. Wendy was also a good friend to our daughter throughout the application process. We were very pleased with Briley College Consulting. The college application landscape is complicated, especially with COVID being out there and making what had been the normal a bit different. The counsel and calming influence of Wendy Briley is worth supplying to your son or daughter as they try and navigate this process. It is not an easy thing emotionally and requires lots of work by the prospective college applicant. It is very nice for the student to have an advocate outside the family to rely on for advice and info. Great Experience with Briley Consulting!

  I felt the application process was daunting; it was hard figuring out what each college needed. Wendy helped me realize what each college needed and set out the desired plan. Wendy made it clearer and helped me focus on each college’s task. Wendy improved my chances by advising me to apply early. I enjoyed the bond that we formed, and we had good chemistry together. I will take away from this experience to be more insightful and set plans before going into things.
