Very quick to respond to my email, which was sent on a Sunday. Next day came and gave me a quote. Very professional and friendly. Waited roughly 2 weeks and the team that came to our house (Alrik and Shaun) were very professional, efficient and informative. I will highly recommend Triumph Heating and Air Conditioner to anyone. The workmanship was another great experience to add as well.

Everything about this business' motto is true. Our furnace broke during the cold December days and Jeff sent someone over the next business day. The employees were respectful of our home, making sure to put on shoe covers, laying out plastic sheets where they were walking and just polite in speech as well. He also fixed our air conditioner in the blistering summer days several years ago. Jeff is a man of integrity and I trust this company 100% unlike a lot of contractors out there. He clearly hires only people who reflect his values. I do not usually write reviews but this company is so exceptional that I felt compelled to let others know they can trust them. Thank you Jeff and Shaun.

As scheduled Triump Heating and A/C came to replace our Condo furnace. Sergei, Al and Shawn were very considerate and professional. The job was completed and we are very happy. We have consistently used Triumph for all maintenance and repairs and highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed! Jeff, owner and wife Michelle have a great team!
