Kumba made sure that our vacation was an amazing experience from start to finish. We had planned this months ago, and to see it come to life was more than we could have ever asked for. There were no issues on the island, and the booking process was smooth sailing. We even had an app that served as a daily guide, not to mention instant on Point Communication is key for me when traveling Kumba always made sure to be available for us to answer any questions or concerns we may have had. Thankfully, we didn’t have any. I can’t wait to be back. I wish I could stay longer.

I give Travel Allure a thumbs up 👍🏾 with a 5 star ⭐️ rating due to the phenomenal performance of my travel agent. Her name is Eva Mendez. Eva has been there for me for several years, and she knows what I like when booking a trip.

The agents are your first point of contact, and they set the tone for your agency experience through their professionalism and customer service. So, again, I can’t say enough about Eva Mendez’s commitment to customer service and professionalism.

Sooo I wanted to do something different as a family trip. I saw the carnival commercial late one night and said let me book professionally n see how much a cruise will be. My agent was Dawn Swain. I personally know Dawn and knew this was an area of expertise as she's a huge traveler. I told her what I was looking for, how much we wanted to spend n the rest was on her to do the homework. She found the trip, she answered questions I had and if she didn't know, she looked it up. My trip was booked with ease. I was informed about next steps and what to expect all the way to my departure. Overall, we had a nice time and such a pleasant experience I've booked again for another trip.

My whole experience with Travel Allure was great, Glenn explained & made everything vary easy. I didn’t have any worries as he said I wouldn’t. My destination secrets in Mexico. Was beautiful as Glenn assured me it would be, as I was a little unsure at first on deciding a destination. But with Glenn’s help & guidance I was vary happy with the choice.
Definitely will recommend & look forward to working with Glenn again.

My family had an awesome time in Jamaica. The hotel was awesome which was suggested by our travel agent. Also, she recommended a great service to transport us to our local airport. The airport transportation to hotel in Jamaica was great as well. Would definitely use Travel Allure again. Dawn Eubanks was our Agent. Thanks Dawn!
