  I met Chenae through LinkedIn, based on another recruiter giving me her name. I cold emailed her and the rest is sort of history. I was looking to get back to Microsoft. As an alumni I thought it would have been easy but it wasn’t. When I started working with Chenae, right away she became invested in my success. She believed in me so much that I believed in myself and wanted to put my best foot forward. She guided me through the interview process. She gave me a white glove service. As the face of the company she represented, she really elevated the brand. What I mean by that is no recruiter cared the way she did, I never had a recruiter that didn’t make me feel like a number.
