  Did a two-tank dive to Neptune Memorial Reef and Rescue Reef with Ace Diving Miami and had a great experience. The boat was full with divers and snorkelers, but everything was well organized and comfortable.
  
  The crew was friendly, helpful, and safety-focused. They made sure everyone was accounted for before leaving the dock and after each dive. They also helped divers back onto the boat by taking fins and holding their tank to secure it back in its slot. There was some current, and a few divers drifted away and they went to pick them back up after everyone else was back on the boat.
  
  Saw stingrays, lobsters, barracudas, and lots of other marine life. Overall, a fun day on the water with a professional crew and plenty of laughs. I’d definitely dive with them again.

  I am giving the 3 stars because I was buddied up with a newer diver who struggled on both dives (i didnt know this individual) and the instructor left her to fend for herself (and me to help her). She was underweighted and nobody double checked her weight before the first dive and she almost shot to the top. I had to get the attention of the instructor and then she helped out. On the second dive she lost her tank when she entered the water and the instructor had already descended so she was unable to help her. As a divemaster myself I was fine to be able to help her in both situations but I felt like it was an unsafe trip for sure. I would recommend going with Ace diving if you are an experienced diver and you know what you're doing but if you are a newer diver I would not suggest diving with this company. I was also bummed at the 45 minute limit on dive time (which makes sense for the second dive due to NDL) but felt like my dollars were cut short due to that limit for the 1st dive. The crew was super nice but just overall there are some kinks that should maybe be worked out.

  They were great. We were supposed to go diving on the 6th but my father who has alzheimer's went missing so we missed our time. I spoke with them and they moved the date to the next day. Luckily we found my father and were able.to dive the next day. They were polite and respectful of the situation. We went to Neptune Memorial which was awesome. Saw a nurse shark a lion fish 3 of the biggest angel fish I have ever seen. Then we went to JR reef saw a large nurse shark. 2 lobsters fighting it was like Tyson v Holyfield one of them lost some of it feelers. Lots of other fish. They were great would recommend to anyone.
