  Had a fantastic experience getting my SDI certification with Ace Diving! These guys are pros. It had been a few months since my pool training and I was a bit worried going into open water, but Jesus was a patient and calm instructor throughout the dives. Carlos handled the logistics smoothly, and the communication leading up to it was clear and prompt. I felt comfortable the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for a better first diving experience, and will definitely dive with them again!

  I completed the Open Water course over three days. The first day was in the pool, which was a very important training session before the Open Water dives. It’s a fundamental part of the course because it helps you understand how the equipment works. It’s essentially a thorough review that prepares you for the real dives.
  
  Before starting, we had to complete about 12 hours of e-learning with several exams. The theory is one thing, but once you’re in the water, you realize that practice is completely different—you actually apply everything and perform many skills hands-on.
  
  I was already certified as a freediver, so some parts felt easier for me, while others were more challenging. It was a great learning experience overall.
  
  The Open Water dives were super nice. We dove at Neptune Coral Reef and also at other natural reefs really close to Miami . The exercises were explained very clearly, and you truly understand what to do in case of an emergency. That gave me a lot of confidence.
  
  Jesús, the instructor, was excellent. He explained everything very well and would repeat things as many times as needed until you fully understood. He was patient, professional, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident.
  
  The entire crew was super helpful. They make you feel very safe and calm, which is extremely important because you’re literally trusting them with your life. I did the course on my own, and there’s absolutely no problem doing it solo—it works perfectly fine. Of course, you can also do it with a buddy or as a pair if you prefer. The most important thing is to learn and feel confident, and everything went great for me.

  It was great! Got my open water certification here and the instructor was very attentive and knowledgeable. They kept us in a small group of 4 so we’re were able to run drills. The boats probably has anywhere from 12-20 divers at a time that go out in groups. I would recommend diving with them

  Had an amazing day of diving! I’ve tried out other dive centers but Ace Diving really made it both FUN and informative from start to finish. I felt safe the entire time and the crew offered some tips throughout to help me improve as a diver. Location is great too - the boat ride goes by fast. It was a cold day but the fauna we saw today couldn’t be beat :) 10/10 experience I’ll come back (hopefully next week )
