  Wow Carlos, Melissa and the team were great. I gave this dive as a Fathers Day present to my husband. I had issues with my personal BCD and Nestor came and helped me out even though he didn’t have to because it wasn’t their equipment. He did everything to make sure our dive was great and memorable. Lo que no me gustó que no nos avisaran de que íbamos con gente que se examinaba (nueva) sabiendo que éramos buceadores Avacnce con experiencia eso hizo que no nos llevaran donde en principio nos dijeron la instructora nos nos ayudó a ver nada porque están pendiente de las tres personas nuevas. What I didn't like was that they didn't warn us that we were going with people taking their (new) exams, even though they knew we were experienced Advanced Open Water divers. This meant they didn't take us where they had initially told us to go, and the instructor didn't help us see anything because they were focused on the three new divers. Had we known, we wouldn't have gone. What a shame 😓

  I did the 4 hour snorkeling tour this afternoon. From start to finish, I felt like I was in good hands with the crew. They are true professionals and are always thinking of your safety. I haven’t snorkeled in a few years, but the crew made sure we were comfortable and had the right equipment. We were the only group out so it was super special to visit the reefs undisturbed. It’s a beautiful ride out and back and the boat was spacious. I would absolutely snorkel with them again. Thanks Cap and Melissa!

  My recent diving experience with Ace Diving Miami was absolutely spectacular, and much of that is thanks to their exceptional crew! From the moment I stepped onto the boat until I returned to port, every interaction was top-notch.
  The Ace Diving Miami team is not only professional and highly skilled, but they also radiate a genuine passion for diving and for ensuring that every diver has a safe and rewarding experience.   What truly made the difference was the friendly and helpful attitude of every crew member.   Myself and my son (12 years old) are from Colorado. We came out to Miami to visit a friend and my son wanted to get his Junior Open Water Diver. We went through ACE Diving and I cannot express my gratitude to the crew and my son’s dive instructor, Carlos. They treated us with respect and professionalism. The crews professionalism starts with safety so if you cannot adhere to being safe, I do not recommend diving with ACE. They will pay attention to you, answer any questions, help you where you need help and demand safety. I respect that. They give the divers a briefing by then at the end of every dive they take accountability. I cannot express my gratitude for that. It was a great example for my son. When we come back, we will dive with ACE. Jesus helped my son in the pool dives and his open character and energy made the pool session fun. Melissa on the boat is a small girl that is very boisterous and energetic. If you are also lucky…..you may get to hear a surface cat….meow! (Not an actual animal….go dive with them and you will understand). Thank you ACE Diving!
