Got open water certified with Ace Diving and it was a blast. Carlos and the team are great - learned a lot throughout the 3 days I kicked it with them. The dive sites are sweet and honestly it was an all around great experience. Highly recommend this squad!

I recently had the pleasure of going on a scuba diving adventure with this charter boat in Miami, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
The boat is clean and new. The crew was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. The crystal-clear waters of Miami provided us with the perfect opportunity to explore the stunning underwater world teeming with vibrant marine life. 🌊🐢🐟

I have been lucky enough to dive with several drop shops around South Florida. This one is by far my favorite. They are very customer centric without compromising the safety. They are great at accommodating divers of all skill levels. Booking courses with them is easy. They are the only dive shop I trusted to teach my wife to dive. Would recommend.

So this is a bit of a weird long review but anyways...
Me and my fiancé are from the UK and have never been snorkeling or any openwater swimming so we are both a little nervous. The team answered any questions we had and gave us a little reassurance that we needed.
Whilst at the 1st stop (they stop at 4 location, roughly 45min/60min per stop) me and my fiancé was in the water swimming when suddenly she started being sick shortly after swallowing some seawater. After getting her back on the boat she started throwing up even more and her hands started cramping up(we've never seen this before). Unfortunately she didn't seem to be getting any better so the crew called the fire department who were quick to respond and assess her. Luckily she didn't need any medical attention and started feeling a bit better on the way back to the mainland.
But anyways, I honestly can't thank the crew enough for their efforts and professionalism throughout the incident. They remained calm and attentitive whilst seeking medical assistance. Even better, a member of the crew gave me a phone call in the evening asking how she was getting on which we both thought was really nice of them and made our day better so thank you!
Because of the incident it obviously cut our experienced very short but for the duration we had I would recommend anyone new or experienced to give them a go. The incident hasn't put me off so if I'm back in Miami you'll see me again!

Incredible team! All very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. I’ve gone on numerous dives with Ace Diving, and every single time has been a blast! Carlos has an incredible attention to detail, is extremely knowledgeable and I learned more from him than I did on the online portion of the Advanced Open Water course. Felt incredibly safe - Carlos measured oxygen % for all the nitrox for every tank on the boat before the dive, and was able to rattle off the names of all 3 nearby recompression chambers like it was his morning coffee order. Jesus was my instructor for the first portion of my AOW certification and did the buoyancy and navigation portions. He did not just "check the box", he kept us accountable and made sure that we all were proficient. Ryan has been on all my dives and every time has made sure that everything goes smooth. For my AOW deep dive Ryan casually jumped off the boat and went down 75 feet to tie off our descent line and came back up like he was a YMCA pool. He is an incredible asset to Ace Diving. Excited for future dives!

I signed up for myself and my son (10YO) to do the Open water diving course and we loved it. Carlos has helped through the entire process giving us updates and being flexible with the timing. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and super professional. we will probably do other courses with them and certainly keep diving.

I am a diver from California & went diving with ACE while visiting in Miami. I did the Shark Conservation course with Carlos, & it was great! The course was very educational & the dives were lots of fun. Carlos was a great instructor, & was very kind. We also had some other divers, but a very reasonable amount; the boat was not crowded at all, which was a rare treat in my boat diving experience. The other Instructor, Andy, as well as the captain, Mike were also very nice and inviting. It was a great experience, with great dive sites, and great crew. I definitely recommend diving with ACE!
I just completed the Open Water course and, thanks to Ace Diving, I’m now hooked on scuba diving! Carlos and Ryan are both phenomenal teachers - they were patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. If you’re a first time diver and nervous about the process, I would definitely recommend this group. You’ll be in good hands!
