Have loved Amanda’s classes both in person and on line. She’s always been great at picking up the little points that add that extra 10% to what is already an excellent class. Have done both yoga and Pilates… fab! Thanks Amanda
I've been taking pilates with Amanda for a few years now and she is amazing. She is excellent at making sure everyone has a task that suits their ability, and still gently push us all to improve. Over the last year, Amanda was swift to change to an online platform and has such a great set up- which means even though I've moved to Scotland I can still do pilates with her through the online sessions. Would definitely recommend!
I have been doing Pilates or Barre with Amanda most evenings to get fitter after the lockdowns. I am feeling better already - more toned and stretched. Amanda is always positive and enthusiastic and her classes are varied, interesting and fun! The on-demand classes are easy to access at any time and the in-person classes give the opportunity for Amanda to see how I am moving and to give feedback. I would definitely recommend giving it a go, I am feeling pleased with myself for making progress and I am sure you would too!
I’ve been going to Amanda’s classes for a number of years, and was very happy to be able to continue when she moved them online during lockdown. Amanda’s Yoga and Pilates classes are varied, interesting and always personalised to the needs of the group and the individual.
I have been going to Amanda’s pilates classes for over three years now and really feel the benefit from them in core strength but also in terms of relaxation. Amanda is great at gauging what everyone in class can do and is very good at setting a range of levels at so everyone is able to join in or pause when they need to. She is friendly and knowledgeable and guides you through the classes expertly. Have a go, you’ll enjoy it!
Been doing pilates and yoga with Amanda over the last few years . It was great to carry on throughout lock down on zoom. Amanda is a amazing teacher and is very professional and knowledgable still giving individual advice and help for all abilities.She makes her pilates and yoga classes fun and it is always a great experience .
Amanda Frost is a very inspiring enthusiastic teacher . Nothing is too much trouble for her . Having had experience of other yoga teachers in the past none of them have measured up to Amanda . Amanda obviously loves what she does and it shows .
I’ve been doing Pilates with Amanda for over 2 years now. It really helps with my back issues and I always feel so much better for it after. Amanda’s technique allows you to work at your own pace. I use the VOD which is great as I can fit my classes in around work and kids, whenever it suits! Amanda is great and I highly recommend her classes.
I’ve signed up for the classes on demand, which are perfect until I can get back to doing them at regular times. I feel so much more refreshed after doing Amanda’s classes. Thoroughly recommend these classes. They are for all abilities. I’ve being doing Amanda’s classes for over two years. Amanda is a fantastic teacher and works with everyone’s ability. I started her classes a year ago and have gained great core strength and it’s helped with my bad back and posture. Each weeks class is different and never boring. I would highly recommend her classes as great value for money and the perfect class to have me time. Thank you Amanda x
Always look forward to my Pilates class . So nice that Amanda has continued throughout lockdown.Amanda tailors the exercises to the the different abilities. Always a enjoyable experience and makes you feel comfortable to try new moves and push yourself .

Amanda is so friendly and real, she makes you feel totally at ease and comfortable in her class. It does not matter if you have no experience or your ability is limited she will find a way to make it work for you and leave you feeling comfortable and confident in what you are doing.

Amanda’s amazing yoga classes are without a doubt my favourite evening of the week! 🧘 After recovering from a health condition, her classes can be as challenging as I allow. Lots of versatility and adaptions if needed, great for fitness with relaxation at the end of class! Superb value for money, friendly people and great for strengthening, flexibility and overall well-being! Highly recommend!
Amanda is such a lovely teacher. I was a complete beginner and have found her so reassuring. She’s a great teacher and tailors each part of the class to individual needs. I’m really enjoying her classes.
I am thoroughly enjoying Amanda’s Pilates classes. Having had two children I wanted to work on strengthening my core again. After a few months of classes I am seeing results and feeling much stronger and better in myself. Great for mind and body, thanks Amanda, you are fab xxx
Having had a long break from any sort of exercise,I was apprehensive about getting back in to it. But I have been pleasantly surprised. I am on my second yoga lesson now, and I already feel stronger and fitter. Amanda Is a superb teacher, with the patience and knowledge to guide you through her classes with ease, whilst building your confidence at the same time. I can't fault her. I have also taken up her meditation classes, and they are helping me greatly during a tough time in my life. Highly recommended all-round! :)
Amanda is a wonderful instructor. She tailors her class to each individual so that there is always an option to take the positions a bit further for more advanced participants, or ways to make it a bit easier if just starting out. The classes are very friendly and incredible value for money. I will most definitely continue at the Pilate's class next term. I wholeheartedly recommend Amanda Frost to anyone looking for a local Pilate's class- beginner or intermediate.
I have joined Amanda`s classes around 2-3 months ago. After having a baby I have problem with my hips and Pilates does really help you to stretch and strength your body. Amanda makes you feel welcome and comfortable and she is a master at encouraging you and ensuring that you are always working at your peak potential. Amanda is very knowledgeable and very patient. Her classes are small which means you get a great deal of personal attention.
I highly recommend Amanda`s classes no matter of your age, health or gender.
