I absolutely cannot believe how inspiring this book is. I personally recommend this helpful guide because of its abundance of good information, tips, and wisdom. Overall this is a detailed and well thought out book to change your entire outlook on what you eat and how you eat. Changing your lifestyle is not easy but with this well detailed plan anyone can make a change for the better and keep it that way!
Within the contents of this book, everything is laid out for you in an easy to follow manner that makes weight loss no longer seem like such a daunting task. Not enough good things could be said about this book, but what I found truly amazing was the six week shape up plan.
This book isn’t just about getting your best body, it’s about how to live your best life. It’s a reasonable, no-nonsense approach to weight loss with an honest human touch. Reading this book is the most efficient way to lose weight and build a better body.
There seem to be a million diet/health/lifestyle books currently on the market. This one is different. This book feels very plausible, and easy to follow. For those who have tried every diet available, maybe a new approach is needed. Instead of counting calories, try getting your stomach to be happy with less food. This book is very much worth checking out.
I love this book! Andrea makes portion control easy. Her writing is fun, honest and uplifting. I also have the AND/life app and it's terrific. The workouts are whatever you need them to be, from simple to complex. This book is a lifestyle game changer!!
