They repaired my fridge on the same day I called and the technician answered all my questions and visually showed me so I could understand the root issue.. I recommend this company for appliance repair service.
Lucas is an amazing technician! He came in an automatically knew the issue I was having with my dryer. Would definitely recommend!
Very thorough and knowledgeable. Have used Lucas several times now and BOOM!... problem solved. Will always call on him to work on my appliances.
Lucas was quick with finding the problem and getting it my refrigerator fixed!!
Lucas was very professional as he diagnosed and fixed our dishwasher
Lucus did a fantastic job repairing our Samsung dryer. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond explaining everything giving us a price before anything was done and giving us options. And to top it off he was so friendly with the best attitude and was on time!! Highly recommend him!
Lucas B was great today. I had a problem with my ice-maker and he communicated regularly with me before and during the appointment. He found a small problem and didn't have to replace the ice-maker after all (which he made sure he had available, in case it was needed). He had the needed part in his truck and dealt with it smoothly. He finished not long ago so I am waiting for my first batch of ice to complete its cycle, Lucas indicated that he will be happy to come out again if there are any further problems. I'll follow up here if there are any more issues.
Very professional individual. Seasoned in his craft. Would recommend him to anyone needed appliance work.
Lucas has done two separate appliance repair jobs for us recently and in both cases the work was outstanding and completed in a timely manner. When I was researching repair companies all of the positive reviews he received caught my attention - they are all certainly deserved. Should I need future repair work I will certainly call Appliance Repair Today.
Our refridgerator was not working and Lucas and his brother Charles came out promptly to fix it. Very nice amd knowledgable guys.Turns out it was just low on freon. Thank you for getting it fixed and saving us from purchasing a new one. I know my hubby appreciated that very much! :-) Highly reccomend these guys.
We have a 15 year old refrigerator that went out last night. Everything in the freezer melted or thawed and refrigerator wasn't cooling at all. I thought I was going to be shopping for a new fridge today. But my neighbor suggested I reach out to Lucas at Appliance Repair Today and I'm happy I did. He came out today and diagnosed the problem. Within a couple of hours he had that thing humming like new. He is courteous, professional, and very reasonable. In fact, he saved me a bunch of money. If you need an appliance repaired my advice is to call Lucas at Appliance Repair Today...name says it all!!
