Had some gutter repairs done. They were great from the estimate to the team making it to my home. Cleaned up and very professional! Highly recommend them for gutter or repairs
Outstanding job. The details around the fireplace chimney and quality of the work was great.
I have an old house with a 6/12 pitch that had 2 layers of asphalt on top of cedar shakes nailed to 1x4 slats. Not an easy job; it all had to be torn off, sheeted and then reroofed. As always I got several quotes. One was from Arrow Point Roofing who had done a great job for a family member and they also did a great job on their neighbor’s house across the street. After working with Matt Klonowski we came to an agreement on price and the quality of shingle I wanted. Their bid was competitive and it came with a very good shingle and labor warranty. My other bids were stingy on the labor warranty. And here’s the best part, they started on a Thursday morning and 3 days later on Saturday they were completely done. I was very happy with the workmanship and their cleanup was excellent! I don’t give 5 star reviews easily. This one was easy. Thank you!
Would rate this company higher if we could! Matt came over to give us a quote for gutters for our new home. We appreciated his knowledge, his professionalism and how kind he was through the process! We were extremely happy with the pricing! The communication from them was excellent as well! The installation from Edwin went great and looks great! He communicated with us throughout the installation. We will definitely use this company again down the road!
We had a compete re-roofing job done in March 2026 and we are very satisfied with the finished product. Kalista and Matt were easy to work with and communication was excellent. We never felt pressured to use more expensive options or make choices we weren’t comfortable with. They did everything they promised in the bid and completed the work very timely. The entire job was done in less time than we expected ar less than two full days. The price was the best of the three bids we got. We called 4 bidders and three replied. We would recommend them to our friends and use them again.
I contacted the owner, Kalista Arroy because neighbor had used them. She came out and looked at my roof and gave me an estimate. She was friendly and professional. Told me the work could be done the next day or the one after that. The roofer doing the repair, Edwin, arrived the next afternoon. He was also friendly and professional. He explained what need to be done and had the repair done in less than an hour. He explained what he had done to make the repair and that he noticed a couple of the vents were missing caulking and he did that also. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof repairs.
Great group would highly recommend.
Matt was very informative and answered all my concerns and communication was very fast.
Job was done on time when they stated.
Had section of roof blow off called in morning fixed by that afternoon!
The outrageous wind storm last week blew a 5x5 patch of shingles off my roof. Kallista Arroyo from Arrow Point was already driving through our neighborhood when I went out the next morning to assess damage. She gave me a repair quote on the spot and emailed me the quote within an hour of our conversation. When the next few days brought snow and rain, Kallista and the owner of Arrow Point reached out to me proactively to reschedule my repair, and Elwin (the roofer) stopped by to assess damage and review shingle samples with me. When he came to repair the roof, Elwin was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and highly skilled. I cannot tell that the roof was ever damaged, such was the perfection with which Elwin did his work. I am so grateful for the forethought, follow-through, effective communication and professionalism from everyone at Arrow Point. I recommend them VERY highly, and will be reaching out again should my roof need repair in the future.
Had a really good experience with Arrow Point! Kalista and team were efficient and easy to deal with. They got the job done and cleaned up well after. Would highly recommend.
A row of shingles blew off in a windstorm and I called several places. Matt was able to come out to inspect the damage later in the same day. I received the estimate by email, plus Matt called me to warn that it was forecast to rain. As soon as we accepted the estimate, a technician arrived in the late afternoon to complete the repair. The technician was very courteous, professional, and efficient.
In other words, we contacted Arrow Point Roofing in the morning and had an inspection, estimate, and completed repair before the end of the same day.
To top it all off, I woke up this morning to several inches of unexpected snow. So Arrow Point’s fast and professional service saved us from additional snow and water damage!
