Just wanted to say huge thank you to David for sorting out a car and finance for us this week. Our own car broke down unexpectedly and was not worth repairing.Applied on line and was quickly contacted by David who got us up and back on the road within the week! Excellent customer service from start to finish no pushy sell was totally genuine wanting to get us the best finance deal and car for our money would highly recommend.
Really sceptical about second hand car dealers in general so I was left surprised and delighted by the service I received from clear car credit. From first contact to the vehicle handover clear car credit focus on the customers needs and were spot on in finding the right car and finance deal for me. The vehicle on arrival was clean and presented in excellent condition.
Having said that the true test of any company is how they deal with issues and in my experience that was excellent too. Shortly after receiving my vehicle I suspected it had a leak, which turned out to be nothing more than air conditioning condensation, however I called clear car credit immediately and without quibble they offered to collect the vehicle the next working day to investigate and repair...... Excellent service!!!
I honestly didn't think I would be able to get car finance until I found Clear Car Credit's bad credit car finance advert, very helpful staff and sourced me a perfect car. I have already recommended them to my friends that are in a similar position to me. Thank you :)
Friendly and professional service all round. Finance approved on a good rate and car delivered to my house - really pleased.
Car finance was put in place within hours of my application and my chosen car was delivered to me within 48 hours!
Excellent service with a quick easy finance application, the staff talked me through everything and i couldn't be happier with the vehicle they sourced me. I can not thank the kind and friendly staff enough for all the help.
I have a Ford Mondeo from Clear Car Credit and I would just like to say that the service and product are spot on from start to finish, anyone looking for bad credit car finance should look no further! A1+
