From day to day life to Training at a high level both put lots of stress on the body. Seeing Italia on a regular biases has not only improved my performance but also has prevented many injuries. Definitely a key factor for me to be able to reach the next level in my personal performance goals!
Where do I start. Pulled my lower back couple of years ago and my lower back has never been the same since. Squat and deadlift days will usually leave my lower back sore (not the good kinda sore, but the bad kinda sore) until I met Italia. She was full of knowledge, easy to be around, calm and diligently listened to my issues.
Under Italia’s thorough and calm approach, she assessed my issues and came up with a game plan and within 4 sessions I was totally fine now. Now I look forward to squat and deadlift days.
I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Italia. She is the real deal and more importantly she will recommend workouts to you to help improve your recovery.
Oh ask for the heating pad on your back, trust me you won’t regret it ????
I’ve been seeing Italia now for about 4 months. Maybe 5, but definitely no less than 4!
I have to say after going to numerous physio therapists none of them could do what Italia did for my body. Most of the pain and stiffness is gone, knee pain is has turned to minor discomfort if any.
With a combination of fascia stretching, massage and sticking her foot in my armpit She has fixed issues many therapists could not.
I've been seeing Italia for about 3 months now and have never felt this good. With her help I've been able to strengthen my weak points and have had the opportunity to gain knowledge regarding certain infractions/weak points when lifting. She takes her time and you feel the difference in your body especially after she starts to teach you when she's treating you which not alot of therapist do.
She is one of the best therapist in the G.T.A and I always look forward to my sessions.
Initially came in for issues regarding some hip problems and Italia's patient, professional approach was evident from the onset.
Through our subsequent sessions, she has worked with me to alleviate chronic pain and tightness, helped me improve mobility, flexibility and performance in the gym.
