(Translated by Google) Unfortunately poor service over the phone. You call to find out if they do this type of service and they provide very bad service. I asked to speak with a professional to see if they can deal with the problem so that I could take the vehicle and there is no one to help. A woman answered on 01/15/2020 at 09:57. I live in Nova Lima BH. How can I take the car there and spend time and money not knowing if they would fix the problem or work on it? The woman has absolutely no concept of customer service. Terrible attendance. Demotivates any future customers. It's no use for professionals to be good and the service to be rubbish.
