I started training with Beast Mode almost a year ago and I have come
further than I ever expected. I begun my training with the goal of
losing a little bit of weight, but I have done far more than that. I am
stronger, fitter, happier, and healthier than I have ever been, and I
couldn't have done it without Beast Mode. The friendly environment is
really helpful, and I never feel out of place or uncomfortable. I have a renewed sense of motivation and confidence in everything I do.
My training has been so much fun and so incredibly rewarding. Don't
look anywhere else for your training, Beast Mode is where you should go!
have been training with Beast Mode for nine months and in that time I
have been amazed at the things I am truly capable of, like rope slams,
sled pushes & pulls, deadlifts, box jumps, and other things I had
never even dreamt of doing).

Mode's training methods are excellent, and the trainer's education,
knowledge, and dedication to each and every client are outstanding. We
train hard, sweat heaps, curse a little, and laugh a lot.

the pun, but Beast Mode actually bought out the beast in me! I did
things that I never thought I could do, and I managed to push myself
further than I've ever gone, and that's simply down to the amazing
trainer. He trusted you do beat your PB because he knew you could do it -
and more often than not, a PB would be broken each session... and
because each session was so much fun, you never seemed to notice how
hard you were pushing yourself each time (until the DOMS kicked in the
next day!). Hopefully I'll be able to train with Beast mode again some
day. I recommend it to everyone!
I joined Beast Mode
in July 2015, and absolutely believe it was the best step I have taken
to date in my fitness. Jarrod at Beast Mode is an amazing trainer,
tailoring sessions to suit you and enabling you to meet your goals.
Until commencing PT I never did anything beyond cardio at the gym
largely from lack of confidence. I can now say Jarrod has changed that,
and still each session never fails to push me to be the best I can be.
His friendly yet motivating training style makes each session fun and
comfortable, yet challenging and effective.
I owe much of my progress over the last 7 months to him, pushing myself
further than I ever have before and exploring what to me is new fitness
and things I never knew I was capable of achieving.
I recommend Beast Mode to anyone looking to commence personal training.
