Body Before Skill has a great range of videos and classes with something for everyone! 🥰 I particularly enjoy using the stretching and foam rolling videos to help with my flexibility for cheerleading. I always feel relaxed and energised after completing Jess' sessions. I can't forget to mention the BBS book, which is such a lovely informative resource!

I've really enjoyed starting to use the BBS Long & Strong stretching and flexibility programme. The guide is well written and clear and is a huge help in regards to understanding the why's and how's of stretching. Jessica clearly has lots of knowledge in this area and covers topics in a way that is informative whilst staying accessible to anyone who wants to get more flexible. I particularly enjoyed that there is a strong focus on active stretching as it does help to gain faster, more injury free results. The programmes set out help you easily understand what is needed to achieve your goals but with a level of freedom to easily tailor what you want to do. These also link well to the videos available in the online portal with clear guidance on how best to use these. The guided stretching videos are really good in that they flow through multiple body parts and muscles to really get a good overall stretch - there's no risk of missing some small but useful stretches whilst following along with these. The videos are varied and include everything you need - from warm ups, to cardio and muscle activation, stretching, foam rolling and even standalone barre workouts.
Wether you are brand new to stretching and are looking to get more mobile and flexible for health reasons, or have been doing it for a while and are looking to push to the next level with some guidance and programmes to keep you accountable I would recommend this.
BBS is an amazing tool and have greatly enjoyed doing all the exercises especially the hip and leg stretch. What I love about it the most is that there is a very comprehensive guide that comes with it so you can truly understand your body and how each exercise works. Everyone needs this in their life!
BBS is a great balance between videos and readings. All the exercices are well explained and the variety is great ! Foam rolling videos helped me so much, everything felt so stiff, and after only one session, it felt so good again. So thank you so much for all the great tips !

The book, completed by the videos is a strong ressource for anyone wanting to invest in their body, flexibility, musculation and range of motions.
Very detail oriented, it’s a great mix of multiple technics and professional knowledge.
I particularly loved the variety of exercises selected in each course. Jessica Zoo never repeats the same exercise twice and this is so refreshing!
Not only is it efficient, but it’s also innovative and fun ! Shout out to a very cool music selection !
I really like that the BBS Long & Strong flexibility programme comes with a written training guide so that you learn not only what to do, but WHY you should do it. I'm a bit of a stretching fanatic but I've still learnt a lot from the guide and videos.
I vastly prefer this programme to Easy Flexibility. Whilst they also have good stretches, BBS's videos are so much easier to follow and much more engaging. The pace of the stretches and the balance of information given is just right. The programme itself is flexibly structured depending on your goals and you can pick and choose your own exercises and stretches. You will need to stretch after the burn of the barre workouts!
I also really like the instruction on how to use a foam roller as this seems to be something that very few people actually know how to do properly.
I'm enjoying the videos and the results I'm seeing. A big thumbs up!
BBS Fitness & flexibility has literally saved my life during the lockdown. I have often found that fitness instructors can be egocentric where they focus on aspects that they are able to preform well. BBS has taken a slightly different approach to upgrade and downgrade the exercises which encourages people to try, even if it is challenging. I have no background in dance whatsoever, so although I don't know the names of the different moves and positions, I am still able to follow the classes with ease. Their thorough approach and e-book details the importance of technique, unpacks the different types of stretches and clearly explains how to optimise both range of motion and muscle strength. It's totally unique in that you can select your warm-up, your class and your stretches in a combination that will satisfy your objective e.g. improved flexibility, improved strength etc.
The combination of the reading + learning of the book and videos definitely helped me get through the lockdown in a constructive way! I enjoyed the pace and the variety of the classes offered on the online studio.
Big shout out to the foam rolling videos that I absolutely loved, they really helped me to improve my flexibility and to restore my body after some more intensive classes (especially BARRE!). Looking forward to continue my journey with Jessica Zoo!
Love the way Jess explains all the workouts in her videos, always says motivating things at the right time when you're starting to suffer a bit Easy, fun and effective workouts that I use on a regular basis because it doesn't feel like a chore!
Brilliant videos/classes, really enjoyable especially the ones of flexibility & stretching. Very clear instructions. Nice to get back into stretching after my cheer days, definitely a blessing in lockdown!
The BBS workout videos were heavensent in times of quarantine and lockdown.
As an athlete and cheerleader coach myself I found the videos more than helpful to stay
active and flexible. The classes and videos are easy to follow, as everything is explained
nicely. But don't think they're not challenging - the workouts truly are!

I really loved reading the BBS guide because it gives a lot of important information that I have always struggled to find before. It has answered to a lot of questions I had and it’s explained so well! I also enjoy the videos, Jessy is really great in walking you through the exercises and she’s a great teacher!
I really am enjoying the pace of the workouts. Normally when I workout on my own I go too hard and end up being way too sore to continue the next day. This has been great for me to keep going and actually finish a workout. The foam rolling so helpful ! And the barre class !!!!!!! It’s not just the same ol stuff you see everywhere. I truly love it so much !!! Such a great resource
I've loved using the BBS guide & have learnt a lot about my own body.
I have suffered with hip & back pain for a long time & using the the guide has given me some relief in these areas, as well as improving my overall mobility.
I have especially enjoyed the stretching & myofascial release videos :)
I love these online classes. I have been following the flexibility and Stretching since lockdown began they are so fun and really easy to follow along. I can feel a huge improvement in my flexibility over the last 28 days. I also love the Barre class it really pushes me out of my comfort zone and challenged me. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with BBS.
I'm absolutely loving the BBS workout videos, especially since the lockdown! I've enjoyed working out using the props like bands, foam rollers and exercise balls, and the videos have opened my mind to the possibilities of using them for both resistance and stretching. It's also been great to maintain my flexibility at home using the varied stretching and foam rolling videos. I’ve felt each video has been really beneficial and I’ll sure be carrying on using them to retain my strength and flexibility both during and after the lockdown!
I really enjoyed the pace and movements! Different from any other fitness videos out there! I liked that by reading the guide, you could get the information behind the physical work and know how to execute exercises in a safe and correct way
I really enjoy the strength and flexibility video. Im coaching cheerleading and gymnastics here in Singapore, since our gym has been close for 2months, this video really helps me a lot to stay active and stay in shape. Been doing the strength and flexibility workouts and definitely felt the effect on my body. Gradual improvement and little by little every day.
