  Bonnie was there for me for a family law matter. I'm so thankful for her help and dedication. Bonnie has such a refreshing down to earth manner...Talking to her was like having a kind friend it felt I'd known for years - one with multiple skills and comprehensive knowledge. Time was always put into thoroughly looking at all angles. After options of next steps, she always sought my choices. Because of this, along with her empathy, positivity and sense of humour, I always felt supported, at peace and empowered... we were a team addressing this together one step at a time.   I am just writing to express to you my thanks and appreciation for your help in my family law children issues matter. When I first made contact with you I was frustrated about the current arrangements for my child and was worried about the outcome of future events concerning my child. You put my mind at ease whilst explaining in simple terms what we should do legally and why, what I had to do for the legal process to run smoothly and what you had to do in the legal process.
  By you arming me with a legal plan, I felt my stress was alleviated some what and I felt more in control of the situation.
  Throughout the matter, if I had a problem I could ring you. You were available to me even if the problem was not necessarily of a legal nature. You even took my call on a weekend, which in the circumstances at the time was much appreciated.
