High quality, affordable spot for Argentine cuisine. Menu is mostly empanadas with a lomita (sandwich), a salad and some desserts available. They also serve espresso drinks. Service is great, Noah was working and plenty friendly. Their house chimichurri was different from any other chimichurri I've had, and I can see why they have jars of it for sale.
I love Caba Empanada! I bring my tour groups here and my guests love it! The service is always friendly and helpful! Dont get me started on the Alfajores!
It was a random walk-by and we immediately loved the menu and the environment. Very basic, minimal and clean. We tried 2 empanadas and got another 5 to go because it was that good.
Prices are right on point, too. Definitely a great find for a quick bite.
Discovered Caba Empanadas at the Farmer's Market. LOVE their bacon, date and goat cheese empanada. I'm so happy they opened a shop downtown. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are so accommodating. They added a peach iced tea for the summer - YUM! Can't wait to see what else they add to their menu in the future.
I discovered these guys at last year's cheese and wine festival in Central Point, and had their empanadas again at this years wine and cheese festival. I think we've tried almost every kind. Their food is delicious and authentic! I highly highly recommend this place, and hope to see them thriving in business for years to come. The line of customers when we picked up this order was a wonderful sign of that.

Good food
I tried 4 different empanadas here and they were all very good. Hot and fresh from the oven. My favorite was the beef, but each one was excellent. They have meat and veggie choices for those who prefer no meat. Definitely recommend giving this truck a try.
