My PC was a mess, both inside and out. Samuel made it look pretty much brand new, got my ssd working again, and had it done sooner and for less than expected. I only wish I knew about him years ago, and I won't be going to anyone but him for any PC related issues from now on.
Sam was such a huge help in fixing my PC. Willing to work with your schedule and very knowledgeable. Even after picking up your computer he's still ready and willing to talk you through any further issues you may have. Definitely going to be my first call with any future tech problems

Had issues with my laptop screen and we weren't quiet sure what the issue was. Instead of just recommending to get a new laptop he took the time to look into multiple options. Would recommend SS Tech plus to anyone having issues.

Samuel at SS Tech Plus was great to work with. My computer kept freezing, and I thought it might be a hard drive issue, so I brought it in for him to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. I had my computer back the very next day. His pricing was reasonable, and he was very professional. I would definitely recommend him if you’re having computer issues.

Isabella White is a friendly and knowledgeable technician.
She efficiently debugged my computer & placed a Zoom app both on my computer and cell phone..
Isabella also adjusted my Copier/Printer to my computer and cell phone. Now I am able to easily print to hard copy. Because I am not knowledgeable technically, she actually wrote directions In my notebook, clearly showing me how to use the changes that were made.
I am very grateful to Isabella for her professionalism and kindness as she remedied problems with my computer and gave me the ability to copy and send printed material from my machine to printer, always offering further assistance just a call away.
Cost of her service has been extremely reasonable and I am very pleased.

I needed a battery exchange for my laptop and repair to its touch pad as well. The Tech was honest by telling me that the touchpad issue may be connected to my battery issue and he would only charge me to replace the touchpad but only if it really needed to be replaced, as it would be more costly to replace it. He replaced the battery and realized the touchpad issue was really connected to the battery issue and only charged me for the battery replacement. Other repair shops would have charged me for services not needed. However, Sam was honest and most of all, reasonably priced. I highly recommend SS Tech Plus for computer repair.
My wife and I were having issues with our printer. Being kind of new to the area, we were unsure who to call for help. I ended up calling SS Tech Plus in Lockport. Lucky us...they sent out a young lady named Isabella who turned out to be one of the smartest, pleasantest techs I have ever met. I could go on and on about our experience but, suffice it to say, the problem was resolved, we have a new friend, and we'll know who to call if we have any more tech problems.
