  Originally contacted Crystal because she had a listing we wanted to look at. It didn't work for us but she did! Proceeded to drag her through several more homes that also were not perfect. Then my Dad got sick and we took a hiatus. She continued to stay in contact sending us listings she thought we might like but not being intrusive.
  Several months later we were ready again and listening to her recommendations found a place on our first day out.

  It doesn't matter how close it is to the beach or the beautiful decoration, the place was not clean, the sheets and the sofas with stains, soaps from the past guest in the shower and the worst were the cockroaches! I would never stay there again.

  Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable of the condo market in Miramar Beach. We live out of state and she went out of her way to look at condos for us that we looked at online. Once we decided on a condo she made the closing go quick and smoothly. My husband is a contractor and he was very impressed with Crystal’s willingness to listen to our wants and his suggestions.   In area where you cannot throw a rock hitting a realtor of some sort or personally know a dozen, I chose Crystal to aide in the home buying process. Being self employed, I anticipated a multitude of issues and then some. That turned out to be true and some including a deal falling through and delays in closing. Crystal made it much more palatable and a little less stressful. I highly recommend to everyone they give her the opportunity to help them with home buying process.   This was our 3rd time renting a condo in the Gulfview Condos at Miramar Beach from Crystal. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. Everything you may need is in the condo for cooking, etc. There was more than enough room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the condo. There are several restaurants, souvenir shops, beach gear stores with-in walking distance of the condo. The condo is with-in a 15 minute drive to the local Walmart and 5 min or less to Winn-Dixie for groceries. As far as the business end of things, all questions and correspondents were answered promptly and professionally and the contracts and agreements are easy to read and understand. We will continue renting from Crystal in our future trips to Florida.

  "Gulfview Condos" is located right across the road from the beach! Amazing view, if you are looking for an absolutely beautiful area this is the place! If you like the condos, you're going to love Crystal Monteiro! Crystal hands down had the best customer service I've experienced! Bottom line she is AWESOME and loves her beaches, mom & pop establishments, shopping areas, and her beautiful condos! My wife and I are thinking of moving to this area because of its beauty, warm clear waters, and now we have a wonderful real estate agent, Crystal Monteiro! I would like to thank Crystal Monteiro for all her dedication, guidance, and patience with us during this vacay process.
