Would strongly recommend avoiding Premier Living Suites Hayesbury town home rental off of Valleydale. Although by all appearances a neat and pleasant property, the back yard and attic were infested with rats as was the entire neighborhood. Our 2 small dogs contracted worms and fleas from the back yard. Premier's only offer of assistance, rather than bring in a pest control professional, was to provide us rat traps. Clearly was not worth the price we paid.

We had rented one of the furnished apartments on Lakeshore Drive and had an excellent experience. We definitely would recommend doing business with Premier Living Suites. Everyone was extremely professional and easy to work with. Great customer service. Apartment was in excellent shape. Andrea and Bill Taylor
