  Great Day!

My husband and I used Rain Forest Tours for a day trip from San Jose to the LaPaz Waterfall Gardens and Poas Volcano. None of their itineraries fit exactly what we wanted to do, so Arturo custom made the plans for the day for exactly what we asked. Our driver/guide was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed visiting with him throughout the day. Everything ran smoothly, and we enjoyed both locations. I would recommend Rain Forest Tours to anyone!

  Family trip

  Hi Arturo,
We are heading to San Jose and I can definitely sum up our journey in Costa Rica.
We had great time. The trip was perfectly organized; The attractions were excellent (on a personal note, the ones in La Fortuna were much better than the Monteverde ones). The guides (with one exception - we already covered it) were super professional and even the drivers were polite and helpful.
So the overall experience was very good.
I shall definitely send a super positive feedback in Tripadvisor.
  Thanks,

  Highly recommended

Rainforest tours did an exceptional job planning our vacation. Arturo was responsive to all of my questions and change requests through the planning process and really listened to what we wanted to experience. During the vacation, he was accessible and responded when I had a medical issue. Arturo was fantastic!
The vacation was perfect. Everything ran seamlessly from the moment we arrived at the airport to the moment we left. The tours were fantastic, the hotels were beautiful and well appointed, and the transportation between locations was perfectly timed.
Costa Rica is a wonderful country. I highly recommend Rainforest Tours when you decide to plan your trip.

  Great Family Adventure

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Arturo Napoles and Rain Forest Tours if you are considering a vacation to Costa Rica. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to reach throughout the planning process and while we were on vacation in CR. Every driver and tour guide was beyond kind and extremely knowledgeable about the forest, the animals, the topography, etc. We booked a wide range of activities through Arturo including ziplining, night hikes, natural hot springs, hike at the national park, hanging bridges, and more. He assisted us at a moment's notice when we wanted to change one activity to allow for another spontaneous activity we decided to try (waterfall rappelling- which I also HIGHLY recommend!). He was quick to reply, most helpful and always very kind and patient. All the hotels he booked for us were located close to town allowing us to explore the local culture, food, and shopping too! The information he provided prior to departing for vacation was thorough, and very helpful. In summary, I would definitely recommend Arturo and Rain Forest Tours if you are considering a Costa Rican family adventure! The hours I saved by choosing a travel company versus doing my own research/bookings was immense! THANK YOU!!
  Sincerely,
  Nancy C.

  Thank you!

Arturo was great to work with in planning our first trip to Costa Rica. He was prompt in responding to all of my questions and helped rearrange some plans when our flights changed. He also provided some great information so we knew what to expect when traveling to a new country. We will definitely seek out Arturo again on our next trip to Costa Rica. We will be back!

  Fabulous time in Costa Rica

We had a FABULOUS time in beautiful Costa Rica! It was my the first time using a travel agency to book an entire vacation for us and it won't be the last - it was flawless! Arturo and Rainforest Tours took care of everything and saved me countless hours of planning and stress both before and during the trip! We gave Arturo our budget and he arranged all lodging, transportation and tours for our 10 day vacation. A highlight of the trip was 3 days at Casa Corcovado on the Osa Peninsula. It was remote, incredibly beautiful and the jungle lodge was like nothing I have ever experienced - and we would never have known about it without Arturo!! Over our 10 day trip we went hiking, snorkeling, rafting, zip lining, horseback riding, spent a lot of time relaxing in Tabacon hot springs, saw the beauty of the country with knowledgeable guides and still had plenty of time to explore on our own. We never had to worry about transportation, every driver was early to pick us up, courteous and shared their love of Costa Rica with us! Arturo was also able to accomodate a last minute change request from me on our white water rafting trip. Highly recommend Arturo and Rainforest Tours!!

  Wonderful itinerary

  Hi Arturo,
Thanks and Happy New Year to you too. Sophie and I had a great time and it was a wonderful trip. We'll certainly mention you if we talk to anyone interested in visiting Costa Rica.
We really enjoyed the variety of locations and liked different things about each of them. For the most part the guides on the different tours were wonderful.
Again we had a wonderful time, and we appreciate the work you did to coordinate everything and put together a wonderful itinerary for us.

  Trip of a lifetime

Arturo was fantastic to work with while planning our trip for Costa Rica. For starters, he customized our itinerary based on what we were interested in seeing and doing. He was also very responsive while we were on our trip and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going well and as planned. He was very efficient with scheduling our itinerary, we kept plenty busy yet had ample downtime. He also gives a bunch of helpful tips and tricks for traveling to Costa Rica and makes sure you’re well prepared before leaving. If you are considering a trip to Costa Rica, especially if it’s your first time, don’t hesitate to reach out to Arturo / Rainforest tours as they will help make it an unforgettable experience! My fiancé and I had a wonderful trip and are excited to visit again.

  Wonderful immersive experience

Thanks Arturo. We are back and had a wonderful, immersive experience. Our driver Wil was terrific, as was our guide Ormon. We really enjoyed your suggestions of Volcan Poas and Sarchi. El Establo Mountain Hotel in Monteverde was a bit sprawling for us (nearly a 1-mile uphill hike to our room, unless using the shuttle van) but the rooms were indeed very nice. Holiday Inn Express was perfect and terrific service there.
  Best wishes,
  Jennifer

  Arturo is there for you!

I had a complicated tour for 3 groups, lots of moving parts. Arturo was a faithful and dedicated planner. We ran into some unforeseen blips in the event but overall everyone had a great time largely due to his commitment to his excellence. He was available at all hours to meet the challenges of late and delayed planes, missed events, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Arturo and Rain Forest Tours to anyone planning a fabulous trip to Costa Rica!
