Ordered the concertina Christmas cards, again!! They're really good, different to the usual cards you get elsewhere, and you know you can rely on Coulson Macleod for quality. As usual, the delivery was spot on, and I'd made an error with the order, so someone contacted me straight away to sort it out!

By far my favourite card company.
By far my favourite card company. Cannot fault the quality, range and value for money. Love the fact too that you can send the cards for me, which is, at times, very handy. Prompt delivery too. Am just about to start the Christmas card writing marathon which is a joy when I’m sending your cards! Love what you do. Love the range, the variety and the fact that you constantly evolve so there is always something new to catch my eye. Never stop doing what you do!!

Highly recommended.
I purchased 3 of the little signs. One for my photographer friend, one for my country-loving daughter and one for my daughter-in-law who has had a new kitchen and loves baking so thought they were a nice little touch. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed...
Really disappointed at how long process took. I think I had ordered it a week in advance but it arrived 3 days after my Dad's 70th birthday.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
We're so sorry to read that you were disappointed with the service.
We can see that you ordered on a Saturday and we produced and dispatched your personalised card at the very first opportunity on the following Monday. The studio is closed on weekends.
You also chose our standard free shipping which is estimated at 4 to 7 working days. This timeframe is given as Royal Mail continues to experience delays at the moment due to social distancing measures in place.
We do offer premium delivery within 1 to 3 working days and an express next day courier service for items that are required sooner.
Once again, we apologise for any disappointment caused but do hope that your Dad was still able to enjoy the card.

Perfect for nephew's 21st
Was after a different design like my husband got for his 60th but you did not have it for a 21st so I picked this as an alternative. It was perfect for nephew's 21st - not the normal jokey or over-fussy card. Price was very reasonable and free postage. Arrived very quick.
