Request a couponFabulous products! They say it all, different & nicely worded, well thought out. Have been buying the cards wherever I could find them, & then discovered they were a local company. A real little find!
I ordered a load of seconds but you would never have known they were seconds. Coulson Macleod standards are really high!
For value it was fantastic as was everything. It all arrived quickly and safely... great value, great service.
Excellent quality of products; rapid delivery; high level of
attention to customer contact.
Quick service, good quality, sensible price.
I absolutely love these cards, I think they’re great.
Lovely gifts for my sister's 60th birthday.
I ordered a couple of coasters (one personalised, for my sister's birthday, and the other a second; a cheeky gift for me!) and a card. The 'second' was essentially perfect, so no complaints from me! The personalised packaging was a lovely touch, too. The only downside was the amount of plastic waste (bubblewrap), and the wrapper on the card, which I felt was unnecessary. Maybe consider biodegradable/recyclable alternatives? That said, I'd buy again, and you're on the list for future gifts - thank you!

Hello Sarah - lovely to hear you're pleased with your coasters and card. We switched to sending our cards unbagged and our coasters in a padded envelope made of corrugated card. However, we had an increasing amount of incidents with postal workers leaving parcels out in the rain and coasters arriving smashed. Sadly, there seems to be a very fine line between the most eco-friendly options and protecting paper/ceramic items (to reduce damage and wastage). We try to reuse all packaging where we can and are always looking to improve. Thank you for your in-depth review and feedback. We certainly take all comments on board.
Kindest regards,
CM Team
Absolutely wonderful! What a great company to place an order with. I would highly recommend them.
The friendship framed print was sent direct to my friend who loved it. Customer service was second to none. Hannah got in touch to ask if I want to add a gift card. I can’t thank you enough, what a lovely touch to finish off the gift. I’ll be ordering again soon.
Great service - delivered in good time.

I really love these cards! They are original, great quality and well priced.
Good quality, fast delivery & value for money. Happy with my order.
A good quality card at a competitive price. I find appropriate cards for teenage boys very hard to find but the card I selected was a great design for this age group. The card was as shown on the site and personalisation was spot on. Quick delivery and well packaged with no waste. I would recommend Coulson Macleod and will definitely use again.
Absolutely fantastic. Just what I wanted. Customer service is second to none. I ordered one day and it was with me the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Order received quickly, well packaged and as picture and description.
The best cards! I found them in Ireland. I wish I had purchased more so I am so grateful I can order them online.
