We had some wood rot and our painters suspected it was due to termites. So we made some calls, Crown called us back, scheduled and sent Mike out. Well not only was he prompt and professional, he educated us on what to look for re termites, checked exterior and interior. All the while had a great conversation and extremely friendly, we even had some laughs. We were really concerned about the outcome but Mike put us at ease and thankfully we didn’t have termites! Now he could’ve played some games and charged us etc however He did just the opposite gave extremely exceptional service! They will be who we call and refer going forward!! We really appreciate you MIKE! Thank you

In a world that seems to be fostering incompetence, Paul, from Crown Pest Control is like a fresh breeze off of the ocean. We have used Crown on three occasions and each and every time they brought quality inspections and needed services, nothing less than we needed and did not try to sell us more. Bright, cheerful, intelligent and a pleasure to do business with - even though Pest Control is not my favorite way to meet people, if you need this service, don't hesitate to call them. (I am in no way enriched by my comments, just a customer who is surprised when the service is performed the way we always wished it would be.)

A representative from Crown came out to do an assessment. He admitted he was pretty new to the company and was intending to meet his boss at my home. Due to car troubles on the way, the boss couldn’t make it, but the rep still did a thorough inspection, patching in with photos and phone calls to his boss for further verification on his assessment, as needed. He even gave a spot treatment at no cost for some carpenter ants to encourage them to move out of the area. My experience with Crown was positive and I get the impression they are an honest and genuinely helpful company.

We've used Crown for a few years. Have been pretty happy with them. This last time a new service guy and he was very nice. Only problem I have us that he put the sticky traps in my finished areas. I have a dog that absolutely loves to chew these up. We've always had them in our unfinished areas and garage, but never in our finished areas. Would prefer to not have these sticky traps in our finished areas. Other thN that, happy with our service.

We are relatively new to this area and always try to patronize local businesses. Crown Control more than satisfied our criteria for a reliable and effective pest control business for inside and outdoor applications. Thank you for your professionalism!

Excellent, thorough service from Keith today. We bought a new house and he helped us clean up some very overdue wasp nests, spiders, granular and even answered my ridiculous number of questions. We signed up for quarterly and I know we’re making the right decision.

I’m am so impressed with the customer service I received today from Paul. He made it a priority to come to the house to address some issues with pests in our attic. In 104 degree heat he spent time looking for the culprit. He was thorough, genuine and didn't charge me for unnecessary work he was not sure would eliminate the problem! I would highly recommend Crown Pest Control, Paul and his team.
