Let me tell you something. These days it’s hard to find a company that truly is out to serve YOU, the customer. All these other companies make it hard for everyone to get the job done. “We can’t quote you without being there in person”. “You have to be there during treatment”, “no we don’t take the kind of card”. It’s always something! Not with Crown Control. They were so easy to work with and made it easy on you as the customer to get the service done. Who wants to mess with pest control anyway? You just want it done, and not have to jump through ten hoops to get it done. Crown Control made this a great experience from an easy over the phone FAIR PRICED quote, scheduled it, was out there on time and finished the job and didn’t need me there to do it. Their online payment was SO EASY to do. And THEY TAKE AMERICAN EXPRESS. Without a CC fee. Will use these guys any chance I get.
We have used this company for 20 years, before when it’s was under a different name. They always do a good job!
We have been a customer for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed. For the reasons listed above we are here to stay.
Always on time. Friendly service.
I've used Crown several times on my rental property. Paul is professional & prompt. Would recommend highly. I see why they have 5 stars!
Had them come to give a second opinion after we were told we had termites. They were honestly and on time. After meeting with them we switched our services over to them.
quarterly service with Crown Control has kept our home with limited dealing of pest.
Quickly placed traps where evidence of mouse traffic present.
I've always appreciated the promptness and professionalism of them. They ask what I'm seeing and will address whatever concerns I have. Excellent at checking back in and follow up. They also are great at keeping me up to date with services so I don't have to remember.
They have provided excellent pest service at my house for 20 years. They came to my house when the big guys wouldn’t. Highly recommend!
