I called Crown Pest Control, gave them my address and received a bid for termite treatment that same day via text. Holly was able to schedule me an appointment for a week later, she did a great job answering my questions on their recommended option for termite treatment via soil injection with Termidor. Joshua arrived at the scheduled time, did an initial indoor inspection and he got straight to work applying the treatment. He was very professional, and knowledgable in answering all the questions I had about the treatment. Payment was easy with their online portal, which I received via email and was very reasonable priced. Would definitely recommend Crown Control for all your pest needs.
Had an issue with tiny black ants in my kitchen. Service man arrived on time, asked about my issues and location, and explained what he planned to do. Since then I noted a few dead ants on my kitchen counter; they didn't get very far. There is only an occasional dead ant now-much better than the 30-40 I was killing every day. The spraying definitely helped. Service man was professional and efficient. I recommend this company and will be using them again if the need arises. Thank you Crown Control!!

We just had Pete from Crown Control service service our house for the first time, as Paul Dresvyannikov, owner of Crown, purchased Best Pest, our previous service provider for eight years. Pete was courteous (put on booties and either called me ma'am or by my name), thorough (didn't rush just to get the job done), patient (answered all my questions fully), knowledgeable (knew the business and the bugs) and genuinely a kind and happy-go-lucky person. I look forward to many more years of pest control services from this reputable small business that is more about customer service than numbers and dollars.
