An update from the road...

Just a quick note to let you know how things are going with our new mattress and bedding after 1 1/2 months on the road. The mattress is great, very comfortable and supportive at the same time.

My only suggestion is regarding the fitted sheet. The elastic pockets that fit around the mattress should be a bit deeper. Our mattress is also covered by an allergy/dust mite proof cover so it takes up more room than just the fitted sheet over the mattress.

Other than that, we are very satisfied with all of the products we purchased.

nucamp TAB 400 Boondock

My wife and I have a 2021 TAB 400 Boondock camper. We ordered a custom mattress and Custom Mattress Factory did an excellent job. I worked with Vincent and he really did a great job for us. Custom RV Mattress

We were remodeling our travel trailer and turned to Custom Mattress Factory for a new mattress. I have to say what a great company. We ordered a 60 x 77 x 10 custom mattress. Unfortunately the first one came 67 wide so we emailed them and they were so responsive and told us to use the one they sent and would get the right size out ASAP. However with the shortage of raw goods it could take 8 weeks. I expressed that we planned on using the RV over the 4th. Much to our surprise our new mattress showed up just 2 weeks later, a whole week before the 4th. Vincent was so great to work with. The mattress is so comfortable. We will definitely buy our home mattress from them in the near future. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Great custom sheets

We needed new custom size sheets for our bed. Doing some research I called Custom Mattress Factory and spoke with Vincent. I could tell in his voice that he truly cared about our dilemma. We ordered my sister Sandie’s custom made mattress after discovering a regular twin mattress and box spring would not fit the antique bed she had purchased. Campervan mattress made easy

We needed a custom sized mattress for our new to us campervan. There was NO WAY we were sleeping on the existing mattress. CMF told us they could make one for us and we placed an order. Love my mattress

I ordered custom mattress for our 87 travel trailer. It fit perfectly and is very comfortable. I don't wake up hurting. I do think I should have ordered it 1/2 to an inch shorter and a 1/2 to an inch not as wide as it fits nice an snug so a little hard to get the sheets tucked in and under. The cut out part that I had them make for the for the door that the electrical panel is behind is perfect. I put a little cushion in the space and are cat curls right up into that space.

I ordered custom mattresses for our sailboat and love them. They arrived a few days before our trip of the season so I was very excited. I knew there was a chance that i would not get them before we left but they made it happen. They fit perfectly and were very comfortable. Someone even called to confirm the measurements on the pattern that was a sent back. A great big Thank you to Vincent. His customer service was top notch. Quality and customer Service like the "good ole days".

In 2003, we remodeled our upstairs attic space into a second floor living area. The slant of the roof required a custom mattress for a enclosed bed with a small opening. The space was to be used for overnight stays for our future grandchildren.

The space has been used as storage until this past month when our 4 year old grandchild was to spend the night for the first time. I was not excited about trying to find a mattress that was reasonably priced, of good quality, and could fit into the opening.

Custom Mattress Factory representive, Vincent, made the process seamless. My quote was provided over the phone in 5 minutes, the product specifics regarding quality was provided in detail and the price was reasonable for a custom prodduct. Delivery was to be in 2 - 4 weeks, but arrived in less than 2 in a vacumed sealed package. This packaging allow easy installation.

I couldn't be happier with the mattress and recommend anyone looking for a custom mattress to call CMF.

OMG!!!!

I got my mattress today and OMG!!!! I am so super happy. Thank you soooooo much! Obviously way comfier than the air mattress we were using but absolutely amazing. I was worried about the “thinness” being too thin and NO WAY! The memory foam is so good I am no where near the support frame in my van. The notches and seam are perfect. Fabulous mattress!

I placed an order for an odd-custom size mattress through Christie who was so sweet and helpful. Well, we've been sleeping on the mattress for a few months now and love it. It's soft and comfortable but still supportive. I'd buy this mattress all over again.

The only reason for four stars is that we never received the tracking number when the mattress shipped, so it arrived when I wasn't in town and was left out for a day.

Buyer Beware

We purchased two, UK twin sized, “medium feel Custom Foam™“ mattresses. They fit our beds and so A+ for that. But they are super hard. We thought we ordered the “medium”. My kids fight to see who has to sleep on these. Everyone hates them. We reached back out to the company to see if there was a mistake. They, of course, said no but did offer to sell us mattress toppers to the tune of $207. Should need a topper for a medium. Plus topper shouldn’t be that expensive especially when we were so dissatisfied with the product. There’s no way to test ahead of fine. So, in the end, these are an absolute waste of money. Will need to find a different vendor and throw these in the bin.

Love My Mattress!

I am so happy and excited to have my new mattress! It had to be custom-made to fit my RV bed, with a hinged lower portion that is deeper than the upper portion of the mattress which sits on a slide platform. It was a complicated measurement and I worried that it would not be manufactured correctly. Vincent helped me get it right! It fits the platform like a glove and I’m sleeping better and more comfortably than I ever have before in my RV! My mattress was manufactured and delivered in the timeframe promised and the box was slim enough to easily fit through my small RV door. Blissful night's sleep

We received our rv mattress and put in place and have slept like babies the last few nights. We moved into a park model and needed to fit as big a mattress as we could without taking all the walk around room. Being able to order any size was just the answer. Very HAPPY!!!!

I was concerned I could not buy a mattress for an antique bed I had.

The comfort of home.

From the first time I visited the web site, to this morning when I got out of bed, I count my blessings about the good people at Custom Mattress Factory. Since my husband passed away a couple of years ago, I was sleeping on our window bench where I can look at the sky. We took a chance and ordered a custom mattress for our RV and I am glad we did. The best sleep I have had in the RV in 16 years!! I woke up with much less pain and had much more energy. The memory foam mattress was absolutely comfortable.
The mattress arrived within 2 weeks on a Sunday. Wow. As soon as it did, we rushed to the RV and released the mattress. I turned my head for less than 30 seconds and the mattress opened to it's custom made size. Wow, I missed it, but it's ok. As long as it did. :-)

I could not find any sheets to fit my queen size bed. I found custom mattress factory. The sheets arrived in about two weeks and have been so happy how they are made and the fit. Working with Vincent has been great. Very accommodating and pleasant. I would definitely recommend them for custom made sheets.

I just had to share my experience working with Custom Mattress Factory. I ordered a custom mattress topper for an unusual sized space. When I unpacked the mattress topper, I was shocked at the quality… Assuming it would be something similar to what one would purchase locally. The 4 inch gel memory foam topper looked more like a mattress then a topper. It was meticulously crafted and fit the odd space perfectly. It is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I also ordered two custom fitted sheets, which fit this topper like a glove and are soft and luxurious.

This kind of quality and attention to detail is rare in today’s competitive marketplace. Custom mattress factory is, bar none, the best mattress company to deal with. I will be back for other products, absolutely!

Awesome product and awesome service

I contacted Custom Mattress Factory after finding them online. We had just purchased a new semi-truck that had a custom size bed and we needed a mattress fast. We purchased a coil mattress with a memory foam top in a custom size and it was delivered to our home in one week so that we could get back on the road in our new truck. My husband and I both sleep on this mattress and it is the most comfortable sleeping experience we have ever had. So much so that we sleep better in the truck than in our home! I needed a special mattress for a cradle my father built for me 56 years ago. I was panicked about timing. I had tried to get one done other places and it wasn’t happening. My custom mattress for my 3/4 antique bed

My mattress was ordered December the 3td. I received it December 15. It came in a box smaller than me. My Grandson carried it upstairs. Within 5 minutes, he had pulled off the shrink wrap, and it was fully fluflfed and ready to dress. I have slept the best the last three nights. And, definitely have had sweet dreams.

Great Mattesses !!

I ordered 2 custom mattresses for my high rise twin bed which is very old but the steel of this bed was still in excellent shape and I didn't want to spend the extra money if i didn't have to, I then did a Google search and found the Custom Mattress Factory, I read all the positive reviews and decided to give the Custom Mattress Factory a call, I spoke with Vincent and gave him the mattress measurements, I was very skeptical about buying a foam mattress but Vincent explained to me that they are very comfortable, I made my decision to purchase the 2 twin mattress and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to receive them, I got mine within two weeks. I just want to say THANK YOU!! to Vincent and all the hard working people of the Mattress Factory, these Mattresses are amazingly comfortable but most of all these products are made in America!

Very happy with my purchase.

We were in the market for a rather long mattress that we were going to use as a window seating. I was a bit apprehensive about the quality of a mattress bought online, but did not have the time to compare different brands. There is a difference in foam

Okay so I thought all foam mattresses were the same and purchased a cheap one about 3 years ago. We recently moved and my girlfriend said no way to getting a bigger version of what we had. I tried to explain to her foam is foam and there is no reason to pay anymore than the cheapest price we can find. Well, she went online and found ya'll and ordered one up. I WAS WRONG. This mattress feels SO. MUCH. BETTER. than what we had before. Thank ya'll for making a great product. And the price actually wasn't that bad either. I hope this mattress lasts forever.
