I was just wanting to reach out and say that your program has changed my 1000%. I'm not working dead-end jobs slaving away in a factory anymore and having to worry about being shut down. I've recommend a few of my friends from here in Corbin to apply for your program. I just wanted to say thank you for the opportunity. It was the best decision I have ever made.
Anyone who wants to get a foot in the door as a diesel mechanic I highly recommend this school. It’s a mix of class work and hands on training. The five weeks is definitely accelerated so it’s what you make it. If you choose to work hard and give it your all you’ll definitely get more out of it. It’s not an easy school but it’s not extremely hard either it’s a good balanced challenge. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and patient. Anything you’re struggling with they’ll more than willing to take the time to help you understand it. Best decision I ever made.
Absolutely fantastic!I was part of the second class when this school started and they go above and beyond in every way!Everything is as advertised. They set up multiple interviews for me even after I got a job offer just so that I could find and pick the best fit.I have been working for a year now since i graduated and love what I do.Very grateful for ADTC and the opportunity they gave me.
This place is amazing, fast paced and Repetitive hands on learning. I’m currently in this program and I have learned a lot. It’s little timeTo spend to better your future and who you are as a person. They don’t deal with any bs, if you goof off or mess around or even be mean to other student they will call you out, if you can’t work well with others and get mad over little things step out of the diesel industry because you won’t make it. This world isn’t perfect and nobody In this world is either. So if you want to join this program which I highly recommend be courteous and respect everyone because If you do not you get what you give.
This place is amazing. It is a great place to get into the field. The instructors are extremely down to earth and help you with any part of the course. I recommend anyone who wants to get into the field should check this place out. They give you the knowledge you need to get into the shops and help you get jobs
When I first went to tour the Cincinnati location of American Diesel I just figured it was going to be like working in the shop environment and it was. In my personal opinion I think that I could not have asked for any better instructors than Nick and Nathan. I look for American Diesel to be around for a long time and if your looking for a switch in career this is the place to go. Thank you for the awesome experience that I could ever have in a school.
Great place to get quick training to enter the field of diesel repair. I enjoy every day and its hands on from the start. No fluff like some of the others and taught by instructors who have actually worked in the field. Structured like a working environment instead of a class. No textbook will teach you how to be handy with tools and work with others to complete repairs, you have to just do it and practice like you would on the job because no two days, trucks, or technicians will ever be the same. I will miss this class. I am glad there is finally a school that decided to cut the fluff and get to the good stuff!
If you are looking to change your career then American Diesel Training Center of Cincinnati is the place you need to be. Join in the outstanding program they have on teaching you how to be a Diesel Technician. I haven’t meet to better teachers than theses two guys. Nathan Fleming and Nick Cook. So come join the center you won’t be disappointed. I am now a Heavy Equipment Technician for BobCat. I just wish I would of take this course years ago. So come on in and learn to be a Diesel Technician
I have been to many a schools and seen all kinds of teachers. In my opinion there are no teachers like Nathan and Nick. They are very knowledgeable in there field and they are willing to work with you individually and adapt to your learning style. When I first started I was not very good or confident. Now that I am entering my last week I've learned more than I could ever imagine and I am confident enough to work on any vehicle. I cant praise them enough. Thank you Nathan and Nick for everything!
This is a great place to go if you’re looking to get into the diesel industry. It’s short and sweet, straight to the point, and they work their tails off to get all of their students jobs in the field coming out of the course. Nick and Nathan are great instructors and both make being here a great experience.
I'm a current student during the daytime class with Instructor Nate F., and I can honestly say that I have nothing but good feedback. It's the best and most efficient way to get into this industry right now. I can't speak for nighttime Instructor Nick C., but Nate is very competent in diesel work and he backs him. I know Nate won't put up with poor effort or attitude. He keeps it real and will work with you one on one A LOT. The staff is equally as vetting regardless of sex, religion, color, etc., so come to work! Lastly, if you want to complain about the financial side of things then take yourself to a 2 year program and get into 30-40K of debt with the same position I will be getting.
As a student who just finished the class, I can not say enough good about the experience and instructors here at ADTC. They truly are here to help and guide you to success in everyway. As a father of 2, another on the way, and working a full time job, it was stressful without any doubt but worth every hour spent here learning. Upon graduation, you are set up with many of the employer partners to interview and gain employment. They take the time to know each student individually and become as close as family throughout the whole class. I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world and plan to share about this school with any person with even the slightest thought of working in the vast world of Diesel Tech.
ADTC gave me a literally unbelievable opportunity; instructors who care immensely, incredibly affordable tuition ( I didn't even need to take out a loan!), morning and evening class schedule so it fit nicely with continuing to go to work, and after 3 months I now find myself employed with a stellar company and an extremely grateful heart. Curious about it? Set up a tour. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
I was one of the first to graduate that class and I really enjoyed everything about the instructors and the class. Learning constantly Monday through Friday for 12 weeks is exactly what you need to learn this trade, and this is exactly what you get. But it wasn't easy you have to be willing to learn and most importantly be a teachable student. The instructors were very knowledgeable about this field and answered any question you had for them... to be honest I kinda miss that place lol
Great instructors! They have VERY GOOD job placement! Tuition is unbeatable. They work hard to place you in jobs. Great employers they have. Top of the line. Just got a job with a top line company. I thought it was to good to be true, but it wasn’t. It is a VERY INTENSE program. If you don’t love diesel trucks than don’t bother. Money back Guaranteed! So you can’t go wrong! Did I say Great instructors? Chris Ellis was my instructor on nights. Challenging and Knowledgeable. Hard but fair. Myron Benner Day instructor very very knowledgeable about diesel technology. Very patient when I asked allot of questions ????.Tim Spurlock a dynamic speaker positive and upbeat! 12 week program You just can’t go wrong! Give American Diesel Training Centers a try!
A simply amazing place to start if you're interested in the diesel field. These guys are no bullcrap and will look out for you during and after completing class. Everyone that works for this small, and growing, school are just simply awesome. Bittersweet to leave but I know in my heart I am always welcome back to visit, and they make sure you know that you are part of their family. Can't say enough about this school, but Im gonna stop here. Gonna miss everyone that I saw on a day to day basis.
ADTC is a great place with great people that really care about people! I have the privilege of being a graduate of ADTC and I would recommend this school to anyone looking to get into the Diesel Feild!! Myron is a top notch instructor and person! As well as everyone involved. Guys keep doing what your doing! And Thank you for everything , I’m a ADTC Lifer!!
Class size was just right, instructors had a wealth of knowledge and were very straightforward. Always willing to help explain things from student loans to interview skills. I would recommend this program to anyone and everyone.
Didn't quite know what to do with my career until I found ADTC, and it was the best decision I could have made. Super great instruction with a lot of hands on. Cant thank you guys enough for the support and knowledge i gained.
I was looking at getting into the field, however I had minimal experience. I was searching for schools and came across ADTC. After taking a tour, I knew this was not only the place for me, but the best option for diesel training out there. The instructors are very knowledgeable and will prepare you for every road you may cross in the field. Everyone at ADTC is there to set you on the best path possible and to succeed in the field. From obtaining knowledge, to starting your career path, they will help you along the way. I, among many others, worked a full time job and attended ADTC. It's a hard twelve weeks, but as long as you are determined and keep your nose to the grindstone, you will succeed.
Fantastic place, loved the instructor Nick and manager Nate. Learned a lot, very fast pace. Great job placement program. Overall, extremely Satisfied, would recommended American Diesel to anyone looking to get into the Diesel work industry.
Overall the instruction, the one on one teaching, the thoroughness of the curriculum helped me land a job mid way through the class. The school backed up everything they told me as a part of the application process - they worked with me, coached me, helped me prepare for interviews, and set up interviews with great companies so I can start my new career as a diesel technician. If you are looking for a career, stability, and somewhere to grow, ADTC is the place to start! This is the best career decision I have made in my life!
If you’re considering getting into the diesel truck repair industry then do your self a favor and check out American diesel. Nick and Nathan are very knowledgeable and fun to learn from. The facility is very well kept and they have a couple trucks that you get to work on, so you get some hands on experience. They do a great job of making you feel welcome, and are understanding the material they are presenting for you. I would definitely without a doubt recommend this facility to anyone wanting to be a part in this industry. I just can’t say enough good things about Nick and Nathan.
Kenworth sent us through here for training and granted Nick and Nathan are definetly up with the best. They got trucks for hands on training, tools to use, and have the knowledge to share. They will for sure be getting a good word through Kenworth. If your new work, or your a company looking for a training facility to train or be trained on diesel engines then this is the place. Go for it and learn if you really feel like getting your hands dirty and getting into the monsters of the trading world.
I have experienced a great opportunity to learn and educate myself from two of greatest teachers nick and nathan they have took my education and knowledge completely to another level nick himself worked hard to take his time with each of us students to make sure we were aware of components and the opperation of each component i would most definitely say a big 5 stars for the teachers and the facility
As being here for 6 weeks I have found this establishment to one of the best I ever been taught under the instructors show great pride in teaching the students how to become great diesel technicians as a student my self who had no knowledge of the technician world i though it would be imitated and be overwhelming but after they taught and explained I became very confident and was very proud to know I could do it and how easy it was the instructors don’t teach like a professor they teach like human being with extra care to make sure you understand and if you don’t they work with you to make sure you get the information on this last day I was sad cause although I knew this day would come I wish I could start it all over again but i would recommend this school to any and all that’s not just looking for a career but looking for experience that’s like nothing you seen before
i love the program because they give me very good knowledge l can use in the field be in the school i learned a lot we have very good instructor that love what they doing and take the time to teach you well i would encourage anybody that would like to come here is well worth it.
I’ve been driving trucks for years, I believed I had found my home of sorts with that. That was until the truck I was driving for a local company kept having problems that I nor anyone else could fix. Almost like a sign ADTC popped up on my Facebook. I wrote that day and got a response in about 10 minutes. 2/3 days later I had the opportunity to do a campus tour. 48hrs later I was letting my company know that I intended to go back to school. The hands on curriculum was perfect for me as I fancy myself a problem solver. Now thanks to the decision I made to better myself and learn more, I’m in an amazing job field with a career to build on. If you have the drive to learn and apply what you learn to a fast paced career in the growing Diesel Industry I implore you to take my advice and give American Diesel Training Centers a call, take a tour meet the instructors Make a decision to prepare yourself for not just a job but a career. (PS four days in I had the answer to why the truck I was driving at my last job was was malfunctioning.)
It might sound cheesy, but when i discovered American Diesel, i thought it sounded a little too good to be true. But i was pleasantly surprised when i discovered just how credible it is. Twelve weeks, in and out, and the instructors worked hard to help place me with a good company. The program isn't for everyone, though. If you're not serious about a career in the diesel industry, and not willing to put in the hard work that they ask for here, you wont make it very far in the program. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking for an alternative to trade schools or community collages as i was. personally, i'm really gonna miss my instructor, Nick Cook. He's a great teacher, and someone i now consider a good friend.
Hands down, very knowledgeable instructors, teaching an excellent hands on program, that leads off into the entry level position of becoming a diesel mechanic. I graduated from ADTC on 11/8/19 a Friday, and started my career as a diesel mechanic on 11/11/19 the following Monday.
Great place to start a career in the Diesel field. After 12 weeks I have a full time job in the field. Nathan and Nick are great instructors. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get into the diesel field but doesn’t want to spend 2+ years in school and drop $30,000 on tuition.
I’m very thankful that I was able to attend this school. I have literally used every bit of information given to me. Even now that I am out of school I can still shoot Nate a text and ask him questions if I am stumped on something. I’d recommend this school for anyone with entry mechanical aptitude.
Great school. Great people. They're really hands on and willing to work with you in all aspects of the course. Nathan and Rick are wonderful people to be around. Overall it's a great program. I'd recommend American diesel training centers to anyone looking to start a career in the diesel industry
Coming into this program, I've had little to almost no mechanical experience. In just twelve weeks, I've learned how to properly service, diagnose, and repair various problems and components on diesel trucks as well as learning how a commercial vehicle runs and operates. Before I even graduated the program, I landed a job with L&N Truck Service who was very willing to give a fledgling mechanic like myself a chance. Been really enjoying the field and would recommend American Diesel Training Centers to anyone looking for a head-start in a career in diesel mechanics.
This is one of the best schools i have ever been to in my life. The things they have taught me in the matter of weeks, I will be able to take with me for the rest of my life. I truly appreciate the the knowledge my instructor Nathan has given me. To anybody really wanting to make a life time change to the diesel tech field this school will be the best way to go. To be honest i came into this school without knowing anything about fixing a car, let alone a truck. Now i feel like i belong in a shop environment and this is what i want to do for the rest of my life.
