  I had the pleasure of having Kaitlyn as my hairdresser, and I already know I'll be coming back every time I need a haircut. She's extremely professional and goes above and beyond to make sure your hair is perfect. I always have a hard time liking my hair right after I leave the salon, but this time I finally received the cut I had in mind.

  Contacted them regarding a cut and color, but never got a response to my message. Rude as hell, but it's fine I'll take my money elsewhere.
  
  
  
  Update: They contacted me back and said they never received my message, but I got an update 2 days before that saying they responded to this review. When I went to view the comment they had erased it.

  I made an appointment to have about 2 inches taken off my hair and some layers added. I left an hour later with my hair still partially wet with gel product and when I got home and finished drying it I was not happy at all. It doesn't look like I have lost any length and the layers are so choppy it just looks awful. The only positive thing about this experience is that the girl that cut my hair was nice... the bad thing is that I just paid $47 for a horrible Great Clips chop shop type of haircut.

  SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Had an appt w/Jennea. Kaitlyn was only other person in the salon. As I left my old hairdresser saw me & approached the salon. They gave my old stylist a copy of my receipt & of course I received a phone call from her. I didn't care if my old stylist saw me, I just could not believe they actually sent her a picture of my receipt. My daughter & granddaughter had appts w/Carly & Miranda only to have their appts cancelled on their day of service. What is going on here? It's so childish & unprofessional.

  I’ve been coming here for 2 years now (Nextdoor app recommendation) and I’m glad I did. The girls here are very talented and they all have a great personality. Super fun time every time. I’ll be going to Kaitlynn as long as she still does hair. Miranda and Devon have done my mother in laws hair and they’re also excellent. They stay pretty booked up so schedule sooner than later.

  I've been there 4 times. Kaitlyn was my stylist. They are all super nice, patient & definitely know what they are doing! I asked alot of technical questions, which she answered like an expert.
  
  They can talk most of the time through text. She added me to her contacts & made a folder for all of the work she has done on my hair. You also get your before & after posted on their personal instagrams. They dont try to pressure you to buy their products.
  
  And even after she was finished with my hair, I texted her a week later & mentioned how rough the hair felt. She scheduled me & brought me in for a hair repair & even added some more purple shampoo.
