  Horrible place to work, they seem really chill at first but you really could do the smallest thing and they will freak out. Payment is based off of appointments made, but you have no control over if you make appointments. The managers cause you to take time from your work and then blame you for not working during that time, the system doesn’t measure things correctly, especially when it comes to dialing. Management can be rude and doesn’t care for any employees, after write ups for no reason they immediately get rude and don’t give you a warning before a write up. Do not work here

  I tried to make this service work. I blocked out 2 hours a day, 5 days a week in the hopes I could get 10 appointments a month. I got 8 and 6 of them no showed. When I told my rep about this, she told it this was my problem because I hadn't given them enough time slots (despite that when I set up my account, they assured me they could deliver with the 2 hours a day). I was also taken back by my rep having no ideas or solutions other than I had to change my day to match their service. They offered no credits for the no shows, despite them guaranteeing appointments. All in all, it was total waste of time and money. Loads and loads of promises when you sign up, but when you have a simple question because they are failing to delivery, they pointed the finger back at me like I was the issue. You are better off picking up the phone yourself and trying to set appointments.

  Engagex is the best! You have opportunities to move up in the company quickly and everyone there is kind and easy to work with. Management makes sure you are taken care of and provides great incentives as well as a fun environment to be in. I would give more than five stars if I could :)

  I worked for Engagex and they did not make me feel like a person. I felt like just a number to them. It felt like what we were doing was manipulating clients into having a sales meeting without them knowing. Retention rate is really bad there and the turnover is crazy. Management is chaotic and unorganized. I did not feel seen or heard by anyone there. I do not suggest working for this company. They pretend to care but do not show it. For State Farm agents, they are scamming you.
