Christina has been my saving grace through some of the roughest moments in my life. When I speak of rough it’s not an understatement. She helped me find myself again and beyond a trainer she is a friend. Day, night or anytime, she is always the voice of reason or comfort. She helped me find my love of the gym and food again. Biggest blessing to have her in my life!
so I'm a college student who’s a gym addict and love reading articles on other people going through their own transformation. I've always had a hard time losing weight & keeping it off. 3 months ago i believe i decided to add body spartan on snap chat and saw Christina on their snaps just being her self. which not allot of coaches are like that on camera or over the phone. I decided to reach out to her and see what she was all about. Let me say, that Christina changed my whole perspective about how they're s still good coaches out there. i was always against coaches just because i felt like they use people so they can say they have clients and drain them of their wallets but not christina, she literally will help you out and see what fits your schedule, be there for you if you need to vent your problems. shes not just a coach, shes a friend, a motivator & some one you can look up to when your feeling down. I will for ever owe her so much for understanding my own situations & helping me out & going out of her way to help me & lift me up through my toughest times and she continues to motivate me in my transformation journey. I can't wait to see how this future transformation looks like. if you need a good supportive coach for either transforming your self or setting up a meal plan who cares about you as a person then Christina is the coach your looking for.
Christina is a fantastic coach. There is really just no other way to say it. She is in a class by herself. I will be 50 years old in 2 weeks, and will be competing in my first NPC show in Men's Physique in 3 weeks. I initially contacted Christina looking for help with just Posing. I had been doing my Contest Prep on my own thus far, and the only thing I figured I really needed help on was the Posing. I am a Primary Care Physician, and have been practicing medicine for over 20 years now. I figured I had the Eating and the Training part of the Prep pretty well figured out. I love lifting weights, and have done it since I was a kid. I read a lot of articles on the Internet on the training and the eating aspects and figured "How hard can it be?". Turns out it is actually a very difficult and sophisticated process to correctly and safely for a Physique show, and I really had no idea what I was doing at all! It became very clear right away when I first met with Christina that I was not eating correctly, not training the correct muscle groups sufficiently, and had absolutely no idea what I was doing with the Posing. I was a complete mess! This doesn't even include the Supplement aspect of the Contest Prep, which I knew nothing about, and wrongly assumed didn't matter a whole lot. In the span of a 30 minute conversation with Christina when I first met with her it became very clear that I needed a lot of help quickly, and that she knew an absolute ton about all of this. I have been working with her for the past two months, and the transformation has been truly incredible. I have never been this big, or cut, or felt this good in my own body. We are making terrific progress toward the Competition, and it is largely due to her highly professional coaching, her tremendous knowledge base, and her accessibility and availability. She is very highly trained and educated in all aspects of weight and cardio training, she has advanced training in Nutrition and all aspects of the various diets that can be utilized whether it be Keto, Carb Cycling, Intermittent Fasting, etc, and she is highly educated and informed on all of the various supplements that can and should be utilized by competitors and non-competitors alike. Finally, her Posing instruction is second to none! The ability to meet with her in person and go over the Competition show posing routine week after week is absolutely superior to anything else I can imagine. There is absolutely no substitute for having a current IFBB Pro competitor with Christina's depth of experience and style work with you in person on your Posing. She takes tremendous pride in her own Posing ability when she competes, and in each of her Athletes' ability to pose correctly and professionally in their shows. Each routine and pose is worked on over and over again until it is correct and personalized for each Client. And to reassure the guys out there, she works with just as many if not more Male competitors than Female, so she absolutely knows what she is doing with Physique and Classic Physique Posing prep. As I said at the beginning, Christina is in a class by herself for Coaching. Most Coaches out there do not address all facets of Contest Prep on their own, and Christina does. Many do not do Posing preparation, and have you see someone else to do it. She does it herself, and truly excels and takes pride in her Posing Prep. Her willingness to sit and listen to her Clients, whether it be for weight loss, Diet discussion, training coaching, or for full Contest Prep is truly superior. She truly cares about each one of her Clients and Athletes, treats them like her own family, and takes the time to personalize each of their Programs to insure that it meets that person's goals and expectations. She is very accessible and available for questions and issues, and always has a terrific attitude, a relaxed style, and a common sense solution to the problem. If you are serious about your health and whatever it is you want to accomplish with your fitness goals, I cannot recommend Christina highly enough. She will meet and exceed your expectations every time you work with her. Good luck on your journey to health and wellness.
I met Christina a few months back and I JUST knew I wanted her as my coach! Christina is approachable, patient, knowledgeable, and she always explains the reasoning behind her decisions. Unlike other coaches, Christina ASKs for feedback and has changed my diet and workout plan if needed. She has catered to my vegetarian diet and fitness goals for a few months now and I have seen amazing results. I feel healthy and strong and I know the reason for that is because the on-the-go diet Christina designed for me is providing my body with all the necessary nutrients. I’m about to compete in my first NPC show soon and I’m excited about what we’re gonna do next. Another NPC show, a triathlon? Who knows!?!?! 😁😅💪🏽
After repetitively yoyo dieting for months and feeling stuck I reached out to Christina because I knew I needed guidance on nutrition and workouts. Christina was my first real coach and let me tell you she was everything and more I could have ever asked for! We accomplished so much together and at only 18 years old she helped me form a new perspective on health, fitness and overall well being, both emotionally and physically. I learned a lot from this amazing and truly inspiring woman; I still practice the values that I have gained from her that not only have to do with fitness and health but also socially and ethically. Christina was not only my coach, she was my mentor and a friend I knew I could talk to. XOXOXO
I’ve always been fit but in 2017 things took a turn for the worse when I found out I had stage IV cancer. By the grace of God I fought through that and am still here. During my fight, I was eating a ton to put weight back on after having muscle wasting. I was able to put the weight and muscle back on, but I ended up putting on a lot more than I would have liked around my waist. I had been screwing around with trying to adjust my macros and workout plan myself, trying to figure out how to get rid of the love handles and extra fat around my waist line in a safe way, and I was having a hard time figuring things out. I saw a video Christina put on Instagram where she was talking about supplements and what they did specifically in your body and I realized, this girl is SMART. I’m a Mechanical Engineer for my day job and have been around a lot of very intelligent people over the last 20 years. I can say I recognize smart people when I see them, and she fit the bill. I knew with my medical history if I was going to seek help from someone regarding diet, it couldn’t just be a ‘normal’ trainer. I needed someone that would cater to my history, work with me & help me meet my goals in a safe effective way. At the same time I was looking to trim my waistline, I was also looking to branch off from Engineering and pursue a passion of mine for art and modeling. I had been thinking about a life coach for awhile to help me figure out how to do that. With all this in mind I contacted Christina and asked her if she’d be interested in helping me with diet planning and coaching. She said yes and gladly accepted me as a client. I feel so fortunate that she did. She has become not just my coach, but a good friend and someone I can bounce scientific, artistic and business ideas off of. I told her the other day, I have my bookkeeper, my CPA and her. I keep these people around not because I can’t do things myself, but because I know that I’m better off by surrounding myself with experts, so I don’t have to figure everything out on my own. I also end up with what I feel is a faster and better result. I value Christina’s input and opinions highly. She has been instrumental in helping me dial in my diet and exercise routine to trim my waistline in an amazingly short amount of time (less than 1month) all the while making sure I am staying healthy and still able to keep cancer at bay. She’s also helping me realize my dreams of pursuing my artistic passions and be myself with no reservations. I can’t wait to see how things continue to unfold.
After years of trying to lose weight by other peoples posts and working out aimlessly without any results I reached out to my brother for help. I knew he was into fitness and I was burnt out trying to do what I thought was right. He connected me to Coach Christina and told me if I follow what she tells me, I will be in the best shape of my life. I am the mother of 4, a wife, run an in home daycare and have 2 teens doing sports this year. I was ready to do whatever it took to start feeling better about that reflection in the mirror. After 2 months I am down 15 pounds, eat 5 times a day and no longer need to take sleeping pills, self medicate or guess what I need to do. Christina has laid out a plan that fits my crazy lifestyle, created a meal plan with foods I enjoy, and has encouraged me through the lows of getting off of years of taking pain meds. I feel like I have gained a sister in my corner. I can be open, honest and feel trust with a person I have yet to meet in person. Christina is not only a Coach, but an angel who rescued a very depressed, burnt out mom who never thought she could look in the mirror and be proud of the person looking back at her. I still have many pounds to lose, but today I have hope and direction. Christina has given me a new way of life. I have energy, feel more confident and trust she will continue guiding me on this new, exiting journey I have been praying for. I am doing what I never thought possible with her loving, non judgemental, knowledgeable guidance. If you are looking to be the best version of yourself Christina is the one to reach out to. She will make you feel comfortable, create a plan that is personalized for your life, right where you're at and will encourage you through each challenge you face.
I met Christina about a year ago. I had just had a baby and she helped cater a diet and exercise program that worked for a full time working, new mom. I dropped down to my goal weight in the few months of working with her. Christina is not just about giving you a plan and you’re on your own, she is there with you every step of the way and is always available to connect, even if you just need someone to talk to. Christina has shown me that even with my busy schedule as a new mom, I can still cook healthy meals and fit workouts in, even if they are at home. ☺️
I met Christina 2 years ago when I needed some help with posing for my second NPC show. At the time, I was on a very strict diet and was finding it hard to stick to having a family and two small children . It was just unrealistic for me to stay on track with my diet. I didn't think it was possible to have a "flexible diet " AND still be in the best shape of my life. Christina has shown me otherwise... i am now able to live that healthy lifestyle with so much variation in my diet making it much easier to enjoy life with a family!
Christina has taken me under her wing and not only coached me on a professional level, but she is also very down to earth and treats you like family....Whether you are looking for a coach for competing , or just for guidance for a more healthy and fit life, she is your gal!
Like many women, I grew up looking at women in magazines wishing that I looked like them. I grew up believing that the only way any boy would like me was if I was small and skinny with big tits a brain, flawless skin and luscious, long hair. However, I am not a small human. My Norwegian Swedish heritage made it impossible that I would ever be a small person. By the time that I was 16 I was already 5’9”, about 160lbs, could palm a basketball and wore size 11 shoe. I inherited my father’s eczema, which covered my whole body (especially my legs) and had pretty bad acne. My hair was stick straight and wouldn’t hold in any style for more than about five minutes. All in all, I was the exact opposite of what the media told me was desirable and beautiful. I hated everything about myself and was always trying to cover up. I never wore shorts and wore about a pound of make up as soon as I was allowed. I played sports in high school and every coach I had put me in the “big girl” positions and would comment on how big I was. I finally had enough of being the “big girl” and almost stopped eating. All I knew about food was that protein grew muscles, and fats and carbs made you fat. I started dropping weight and everyone commented on great I looked. Boys started giving me more attention and the day I got down to a size four, I finally felt like I was semi pretty. But I was miserable. I was obsessed with my weight and after about one year I started eating again and put on weight. I gave up on ever being “skinny” or “beautiful” and resigned myself to hating my body forever.
One day I decided that if I couldn’t be skinny, I would at least be strong. At this point I was about 175lbs. I joined a UFC gym and started training in kickboxing. I loved it and loved feeling powerful and strong. I decided that I wanted to have an actual fight but needed to make weight for it. I hired a nutritionist who got me down to 153lbs for my fight. I felt great but the meal plan was rigid and not sustainable. It was a cookie cutter diet that worked for the fight cut but I still had no idea why it worked or how to sustain a healthy relationship with food. I gained the weight back a couple months after the fight. Frustrated I decided to try out body building. Surly a coach could get me in shape and make me look like those girls on Instagram.
I hired a coach and personal trainer and started my journey. This coach gave me a meal plan and told me how many days to work out a week and to do cardio every day. She asked for progress pics every week and based on the pictures alone, would change my plan. She was not very available and a lot of the time I was wondering if I was doing this thing right? I had a 16 week prep where I made my own workouts (not really sure what I was trying to do with them other than burn calories) and hoped that my form was right. For twelve of the sixteen weeks I was on a diet that as 1300 cals or lower. I was doing fasted cardio three times a week and lifting five times a week. The progress I made was slow and frustrating because it didn’t show how many hours I was putting in for it. When I asked questions, she told me to just do what she told me and I would be fine. “When I say eat four asparagus spears, I don’t me three and I don’t mean five. That is the difference between placing and not placing”. That is an actual quote from my coach when I was about four weeks out from my show and not where I needed to be. I was miserable. When my show came around, I was not ready for the stage but I got up there anyways. I knew nothing about what to expect or what kind of suit to get or how my hair and makeup should be done. The only support that I got from my coach on the day of my show was a text saying good luck.
I am proud of myself for having the balls to get up on stage and follow through, but I was pretty sure that competing wasn’t for me. I fired my coach and thought I would just start powerlifting and be done with it. However, my amazing boyfriend encouraged me to look for a new coach and give competing a try. I deserved to be happy with my body and I needed a professional’s help. I was following Christina Williams on Instagram and loved it. She was tall confident, beautiful and fun. Her athlete’s all looked amazing and seemed to love working with her as well. I messaged her on Instagram and have been working with her since late March.
Christina has taught me so much. The beginning of this prep was a bit frustrating as I wasn’t seeing very big changes at all. But Christina talked through each phase with me. She started by having me get a body composition test because each person is different. She spent hours tailoring my meal plans and workouts for my specific needs. She explained why she gave me the food that she did and what we were trying to figure out with my body. We discovered that my birth control was messing up my hormones and that my celiacs disease and Hashimoto’s were having a huge impact on my progress. Christina decided to try putting my body into Ketosis and my body absolutely loves it. It is naturally gluten free and I am making great progress and feel amazing. My workouts are quality and I have energy all day.
Working with Christina, even just these few months, has been a life changing experience. She has helped me become a healthier individual not only physically but mentally as well. Christina has been available, supportive, patient and encouraging. We check in every week over the phone and about once a month in person. After every check in I feel like I can do anything I set my mind to. I feel comfortable asking her about anything and telling her when I didn’t follow the plan 100% or about personal life stuff that could have an effect on my progress. Christina has been more than just an amazing coach, she has become a mentor and someone that I aspire to be like for other people.
