  The owners Matt and Amy are amazing people, and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautiful, huge windows everywhere so no matter what room you’re in you can see into nature and really breathe it all in. The hiking trails are beautiful, especially by the waterfalls! I recommend this place to everyone I know! It’s hands down amazing!!

  Matt and Amy are the most exemplary hosts and their Fusion Home is the definition of paradise but in reality it goes beyond paradise and it is something you need to experience yourself if you love adventure, outdoors and modern comfort.
  The home has all the modern conveniences including a full kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer; an awesome dipping pool to sit in or around and sip a cocktail from while watching monkeys and birds in the surrounding canopy; a 'Skylounge' the top deck with a full size gas grill and a panoramic view of the Piedras Blancas mountains providing the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see; 2 baths with showers one having a ceiling 'rain' shower head that was like showering in a very pleasant warm rain.
  Beyond the home itself there is so much to do and experience such as enjoying authentic Tico meals, down at the base camp dining room, made with fresh organic ingredients from the properties organic garden also don't miss the nightly happy hour down at the "Rancho" where you will meet and chat with other Finca Bellavista guests that traveled in from all over the world, such great and interesting conversations! (TIP: make sure to catch the sunset from the 'skylounge' first then go down to happy hour you don't want to miss either). Some other activities are walking and swimming in waterfalls, river walks, jungle hiking, zip lining, garden tours, night hike tours, complimentary morning yoga with a resident yoga instructor and more.
  Beyond the property experiences you can also arrange for guided tours, such as a tour to the Piedras Blancas National Park (those mountains the 'skylounge' overlooks :) ) and experience hiking, birding, and some species of wildlife only seen in the Southern Zone! If beaches and shopping are on your agenda you will also be in close proximity to some surrounding towns and you could take a day trip to shop at or hang out on a beach near Uvita.
  This was my families 3rd trip to the Finca Bellavista community and we have watched this home blossom into this gem over the years and when it went on AirBnB we jumped on the chance to experience it firsthand and loved it... Don't miss out on an opportunity to spend some time at this stunning Fusion Home and meet the most friendly and accommodating hosts anyone could ask for.

  Look no further, you have found paradise...
  
  Amy and Matt were amazing hosts. Their attitude that for the duration of our stay their home was our home and they were the guests in the downstairs suite really came through during our visit.
  
  The house...wow! I had no idea anyone could live off the grid and yet have all modern conveniences available. The house feels very large and airy because of all the large windows, balconies and decks. It feels very homey with lots of personal touches and it is very well decorated.
  
  Nature is at your doorstep and just outside your windows. We were lucky to wake up to see Capuchin monkeys and toucans on a couple of the mornings...how many of us can say that?
  
  My only concern in writing this review is that I will have difficulties booking time in their house in the future due to even higher demand!

  This home is an exceptional find. In travelling Costa Rica now in our 6th week, we have have yet to experience the same natural breath of fresh air we felt was commonvplace in this environment. What came naturally was hospitality of our hosts, Amy & Matt. They were most both gracious and accommodating.
  Their home is without doubt complete and ready for all those wishing for a natural wild habitat. The view from each of the two balconies and the bed rooms, are exceptional. Wait for the Sunsets.
  Please note the walk uphill to this home is not for the faint of heart, but I'm 66, and I survived.

  The Fusion Home is truly a one of a kind gem in the jungle. The home itself is beautiful inside and out, the views from the decks surrounding the house are stunning, the treehouse community that it is located in offers endless adventures, and the owners (Matt and Amy) go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a true treetop off-grid getaway.

  Matt and Amy’s house is truly a dream. With a three story, tastefully decorated design and all the modern amenities you could need, including a refreshing little pool on the bottom deck, it’s the perfect place for a weekend (or week) escape in the jungle. It’s cozy yet simple, sheek yet relaxed. Their house is nestled on a little ridge right on the main trail. The top deck gets killer sunsets over the treetops. And not to mention Matt and Amy are the best couple ever! They are super accommodating and really go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable.
  
  The Finca Bellavista itself is a nature-lover’s paradise; you’ll see everything from monkeys to spiders, toucans and parrots, frogs and lizards and all sorts of insects. But the thing that really makes this place special is the community. The staff, residents and volunteers are exceptional and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my time here. Not to mention the yoga instructors are killer as well! :D
  
  My heart is full of gratitude. Thank you Matt and Amy and the FBV staff. I’ll be back soon!

  The whole fusion home is amazing and surprisingly very cool for sleeping in the evenings as your in the mountains. Our favorite spot was the splash pool, as you can sit down and relax right outside of the house without needing to go for a hike to the river. Its the only house that has a pool, yet it's also close to the gardens where you can get fresh ingredients for cocktails or to go bags and also super close to play in the river and many waterfalls. This is a great experience and I would recommend it for all groups especially those that are nervous about being in the jungle cause this house gives you everything you need! I live in Costa Rica and I try to make a couple trips here throughout the year!

  The Fusion Home is one of the most stunning homes I have ever visited! This cozy home has all the perks and style of a modern apartment, with the charm of a rustic treehouse in a beautiful & peaceful location. The property itself has anything an active, nature fan will love - private waterfalls, swimming holes, river walks, hiking trails, zip line, complimentary yoga, guided night hikes. When we chose not to be active, we loved relaxing and admiring the endless scenery. The view is incomparable from the deck (no wonder the house is called “The Lookout”). We watched so many new animals high in the treetops and experienced sunsets like we have never seen before; every moment was photo-worthy. Falling asleep to the natural sounds of the jungle surrounded by the fresh air was the icing on the cake to a great day :)
  
  Thanks, Amy and Matt for being wonderful hosts! They provided helpful tips, maintained great communication and ensured our stay was comfortable and beyond anything we could have imagined. I can’t wait to return & I highly suggest The Fusion Home for your next getaway.. Be prepared to be mesmerized and blown away!

  Dreamy. I can't begin to adequately describe the peace and tranquility I felt while staying at the Fusion Home. I did yoga on the upper lanai deck and I was at the treetops overlooking the jungle. It was incredible. The view from the master bedroom is five star all the way. The thought and care that has gone into this home is evident everywhere you look, lounge, and relax. I can't wait to return!
