  A year and some months into my membership with F&F and I'm not looking back! This is the longest I've ever committed to any type of movement/exercise activity in my adult life. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the environment is very inclusive. Classes are fun and challenging. Instructors encourage to modify as needed and understand that everyone is different and movement needs are unique. I've learned that the goal is not to burn out or over work yourself, but rather to continue growing, and learning how to be mindful/listen to what your body needs.

  I love coming to classes here! Everyone is seriously SO welcoming! On my very first day, everyone made an effort to introduce themselves. When I took a class with an instructor I never had before (Matt), he introduced himself to me before class even began. The instructors are awesome too! The classes are justtttt the right size because the instructors can come by and give tips on correcting your form. It is really nice to be led in a supportive environment, especially as a newbie! I also like that the class is full of people of all ages and athletic abilities. I highly recommend coming here!

  I would recommend Fit & Fearless to ANYONE looking for a gym with a sense of compassion and community. From a month before I even finally stepped a foot in the door, Amie was there to answer all of my questions and support me. I have never been somewhere that I felt so immediately welcome and at home. I love everything about this gym!! Keep up the great work!

  Where to begin! My experience at fit and fearless has been AMAZING! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. The gym is always clean and it is constantly being upgraded with new equipment to make our experience and training the best it can be.   I am absolutely in love with Fit and Fearless! I've been attending classes for the last 3 months or so and it feels like a family here. I'm in my mid 50's and not necessarily in the best of shape but I was able to drop in almost seamlessly and find the workouts in needed. All the instructors I've taken classes with have gently and firmly pushed me to go farther and work harder than I thought I could but I always know I have the space to back off if needed (and I have). It's obvious that everyone here truly cares and take pride in our successes. I can't recommend FnF enough!

  I can’t say enough great things about this gym!! It is the first time in my life that I look forward to working out!! Super inclusive and accommodating to all fitness leveled and abilities. Every class is unique. The instructors are amazing and provide great feedback but keep everything entertaining as well. But don’t get me wrong, you will get a great workout and great self defense skills at the same time!!

  Love this place and love the people. We started back in 2015, just after the older child turned 13. FnF quickly became an integral part of our lives and we've never looked back, now with the younger sister enrolled as well. Fun, challenging classes with welcoming, knowledgeable and enthusiastic instructors who focus on teaching concepts rather than "just" techniques and overall health rather than narrow metrics.

  I've been a member at FnF for about a year and a half. The way in which they make everyone feel so welcomed and encouraged is inspiring. Navigating covid was near impossible for a lot of businesses, and with some changes, FnF was able to thrive. The owners truly care about each and every member and help people realize their potential, even if going through tough times.

  Fit and Fearless is AWESOME!!! I have always struggled to find a form of exercise that speaks to me and motivates me to continue going after those first couple weeks of excitement wear off.   Started coming to F&F for the past 2-3 months and i absolutely love it! Everyone is so fun and professional! You get an awesome workout in and learn about self defense . Heavy bags and HIIT classes are awesome cardio workouts ! Recommend if you are starting your fitness journey but don't know where to start go with them !!

  I had some limited experience with F&F a couple of years ago with the previous owners and old location - enough that I remembered the fun I had and wanted to do it again. I've been going to the new F&F location for about 6 months now and the fun is still there :) The new owners, Amie, Amelia, and Ana are badasses; all the staff are so knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. Everyone, including the members are genuinely interested in seeing and accepting folks as they are while reminding them that they are stronger than they think.
